This review is for Angel Urenda, a salesman over at Granger Motors. Angel handled my transaction from beginning to end, even though I was in CA. He sent me pics of the 2022 RAM TRX truck i was interested in, secured the deposit, and communicated all the way through my vehicle ultimately being transported to me, roughly1800 miles. Angel made sure i had pictures before the vehicle being loaded to truck for transport. Would definitely recommend and will definitely do business again in the future. Thank you again Angel!

Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Drove 1000 miles to trade in our vehicle and buy a used Audi SQ7. The car was exactly as represented. They gave us a generous trade allowance and the paperwork went smooth and quick. Just an awesome dealer. Andrew Pendleton is just an awesome person to work with if you are looking for a vehicle.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Women beware these guys are snakes. I bought a 2016 jeep Wrangler from them hoping I was finally buying my dream car. Will that dream is a nightmare! This car has clearly been in a horrible accident and that wasn't disclosed to me. The hood doesn't latch correctly, the drivers seat isn't even on the track correctly, the passenger door doesn't shut properly and the front fender had a dent and scratch.

So I was essentially sold a very unsafe car. Even though I called and asked to return the car within 3 days of the purchase they refuse to give me my car back. Now I'm stuck with a $34k car that's unsafe and I hate. No other solutions have been given to me and I have to wait for them to fix my car which I will not be trusting them to do. Don't do business with these shady people. They do not care about your safety or happiness, it's all about money!

I had ordered a Jeep Grand Cherokee L and they helped me through the process, followed up and stayed in contact during process, came 2 weeks early and pick up to finance in and out on an hour.
