I never trust auto places but this place I 100% trust! As soon as I walked into the office I was like ok this place is legit. And the staff in the office is VERY nice and welcoming and helpful! They got my axle thingie replaced and it was quick. They even utilize texts to tell me my car was ready. I was really actually impressed because I HATE going to auto places because I'm a clueless car type but they were super chill

I found Action Auto on Yelp and after speaking with Oliver, I felt that this was the place to have my car inspected for repair. I can't say enough how much Oliver went above and beyond to help me during this stressful time. They ran a diagnostic test and found the issue. Oliver advised me to go back to the shop that did the previous repairs and have them fix the problem as it should still be under warranty. Oliver got the diagnostic test done quickly, got my car tow issue resolved and provided shuttle service too. He was so kind and provided exceptional service! I had such a positive experience that I plan on returning for future maintenance & service at this place.

Worked with Brett for excellent service. Even got a recommendation for an excellent Thai food place while I was at it for a place in Tracy! Used the $25 coupon for the $50, but bring $1 cash because you there's like a 15 cent tax/fee thing. Super easy, really convenient! Was in an out for a smog check in like 30 minutes.

Great service, work was delivered as promised. Service manager (Bret), clear about cost, any unforseen issues etc. Pricing is a lil on the High side but "you get what you pay for". Do your research. The shop is good to go! Veteran approved

We came to action auto by mistake for a smog check with a competitors coupon. Brett worked with us and gave us a great deal with friendliness and professionalism. Thanks for working with us and beating your competition. We will definitely be back!
