From the moment I walked into there office, I was greeted by their friendly customer service staff. They called In Kevin and Eric to see if they could help with my metal damaged problem. They were busy and my car was parked in a spot where they were not comfortable with its location. Eric asked for my keys and relocated my car to a safe spot while they analyzed my problem. There waiting room is comfortable and they offered a drink & snack. Gustafson Brothers is a refreshing surprise, where customer service is there priority. Kevin returned from the service area fixing my damaged metal. I did not even have to leave my car. I left with my repair and a smile on my face, grateful for there help and service!

I found this place through a Eric G. who is employed here. We needed some minor collision work done on our Daughter's Civic. So fast forward I give the contact information to my Daughter who was assisted by Rae who was very helpful with the initial estimate to repair as well as the follow ups after leaving the car for the needed repairs. We realized with the difficulty in getting most foreign parts it takes a bit longer than normal.
So fast forward our Daughter got the call informing her that her car was completed and ready for pick up in a very timely manner. Gustafson did a GREAT job and our daughter couldn't be any happier with the end results. They did such a fantastic job you can't even tell the repairs were done, WOW! I want to ad everybody here was so friendly on the visits to this establishment. Thank you again for the transparency and making our first experience here a very positive one
