This is a long over due review. Took my car in two days before the New Years so right in the middle of holiday chaos along with the weekend approaching with that being said. Jerry and his crew took care of me dealt with the insurance like a pro.as far as quality 10/10 he kept me updated with live pictures of my car I came back to a very immaculate result I was really impressed and happy with my car. Jerry and his crew are professionals and professionals take there time Wich I didn't mind at all especially being I took my car in right before the holidays the results came in faster than expected

Fields auto body was nothing but a good experience, they kept me informed every step of the way without me ever even meeting them, i had my car towed there and we did everything over the phone and they helped me to the best of their ability, i took my car in because it was struck on the fwy. Upon removing a few parts, they informed me that i had 2 choices to either repair what was damaged or completely total the car, they assured me that if i went with fixing the car that they would leave it brand new again, but it turned out that the car was severely damaged after they had removed several more parts, so i ended up having to total the car, Field's took care of all necessary procedures with my insurance and i was able to acquire an offer for the car and now i am able to buy me a replacement, i do not necessarily leave reviews, nor is this fake, but i strongly recommend that if you ever get into an accident and your car needs repairs then take it to fields and they will take care of you, they are extremely nice people stress free and trustworthy.

Jerry was amazing! I had a good chunk of damage to my rear bumper and fender. The repair took longer than expected with typical delays in parts, I did not mind that at all. What I actually found out and valued was Jerry's business ethics, he wanted the job done right and some parts came in damaged and he sent them back until they got it right. Also, my car is "sunset orange", not a typical color; Jerry made sure the paint came out an exact match!
He kept me updated throughout the entire process and seeing it took so long and passed my 30 day coverage for my rental car, he took care of the extra days! Of course I feel he should but a lot of shops would tell you sorry about your luck. IF YOU NEED BODY WORK DONE, LOOK NO FURTHER! AMAZING WORK AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND AN HONEST BUSINESS OPERATOR.
He kept me updated throughout the entire process and seeing it took so long and passed my 30 day coverage for my rental car, he took care of the extra days! Sorry for the late review. As you can see, I had a big car accident last year. But a silver lining is I found Fields Auto Body. The owner Jerry and his team did excellent job, my car looks just nothing happened after done. They are professional, honest, also keep you posted timely. Definitely recommend to anyone who live in the area.
