Wendell was one of the guys you would see at school and say "that's the guy with the cool car!". Little did he know that his hobby would become an integral part of other people's lives and community.

Yes you can! You can take your car to any shop of your choice, and we can guide you through the process. Give us a call and we will handle it with you! There is really no such thing as a factory paint, so no. This is because there are different locations for many vehicle manufactures, and depending on the area and availability, each facility will use different brands of paint, also each color is made up of usually up to 5 different colors to achieve the one individual color.Each color is matched per the vehicle manufacturer paint code, then each color is mixed and hand tailored to give your vehicle the best factory repair match as possible.

Hands down the best auto shop in the neighborhood. First time, they fixed my Tesla after being rear ended. It was a long wait for the Tesla parts, they helped me keep track of it so we managed to get everything fixed before my rental expires. Second time, I got rear ended (very minor). They were kind enough to help me buff off the smudge at no cost. (I originally thought it was paint damage)

I have used Solesbee many times over many years. I believe they do the best quality work, and I will use them again- under the right circumstances. My vehicle sustained minor damage, but I wanted it fixed to keep the vehicle nice. I planned to pay cash, and that might have been my first problem and clue number 1. I went for an estimate and was met with shock at the counter that a walk in would expect to get an estimate even with a wait.

That was clue number 2, so I scheduled next available over a week away. Day of the estimate was the usual professional analysis and inspection. 20 minutes later I was presented with an astronomical number. I actually asked if he had the right customer. I was flabbergasted. I realize inflation, Covid, cost of materials, etc etc would impact cost, but this was ridiculous.

The process was detailed and qualified to justify the numbers, but it then hit me, this was a "no thank you" estimate. They didn't want the work, but would take it if it was made worth while. There might have been a better way to handle this. Three other named, reputable, established repair shops, without benefit of shopping or seeing the estimate I was given, all were under a third of the price, and three day turn time not the week Solesbee wanted. What's the point here?

From this experience it seems Solesbee prefers major repair and insurance work. If time and money are no object, then I still maintain they do the best quality work. I expected to pay up, but Solesbee I think you drastically over reached here. I'm disappointed.

As long as you can get off your entitled high horse and accept post-Covid circumstances (the possibility of car part shortages, shipping delays, etc.), Solesbee and Andy are deserving of 5 stars. Very happy with the end result of their quality work!

Shane and Kevin were such sweethearts with a great attitude. I was having a bad day due to having to get my car repaired but they took their time to explain things, didn't feel rushed, and were very kind.

My car accidentally hit some rubber debris on the highway and my front passenger side fender liner was gone. Called and talked with Andy and took my car in for the estimate then ordered the piece. Thanks to Andy and Technician they are really knows what I'm asking for. All employees here are very nice and got the store T shirts.

The team over here resolve the issues and explained the repair in great detail. They took extra steps to ensure that everything was corrected and all questions were answered. Both Cameron and Mike did a great job, quicker than I expected. I understand that there can be issues, but it's about how they are dealt with and result. They definitely took care of that

My car had a flat tire and I was attempting to get it to a local tire place (mind you, driving less than 5mph on my flat tire and I was 30 minutes away from home!) Nathan and Victoria pulled over to help. Not only were they so willing to help me change the tire to my spare, they taught me how to put a spare tire on in case it ever happened again. I am so grateful for the kindness and generosity they both showed to me!

I don't know what I would have done without them. Nathan and Victoria are quality, good hearted people and I will recommend anyone looking for collision repair to them in the future!

Girlfriend took car here for the 2nd time first time they were good but this time they told her, her car will be ready on Friday 01/07/2022 and they will give her a call to let her know what time she should pick it. Well never got a call and they are closed on Sat & Sun. Monday 01/10/2022 she calls them in the morning and was told she had to talk to Andy and put her in Andy's voicemail.

Afternoon that day She calls back and they tell her the same thing and put her in Andy's voicemail. 4:30 still no call back from Andy and they close at 5:30pm She calls him once more and they tell her the same thing she has to talk to Andy and put her in his voicemail. Well we will see if Andy calls back tomorrow morning 01/11/2022. Not hold my breath.

Poor customer service, can't get the estimates (Peter) to ever call you back. Probably tried close to 10 times. In addition, their estimates are 50% higher than estimates I've received elsewhere. Would definitely shop their price around.

I had a minor rear end collision repair that needed done. Peter did the estimate for me and scheduled me right away for the repair. I received daily updates on my repair by text which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the repair was not finished on the date specified, but they were very apologetic. I was treated as a valued customer by the entire office. I also found out that this is a family owned business which I love to support. The repair work was excellent. I highly recommend Solesbee for all your car repair needs.

The absolute gold-standard in customer service, workmanship, and time to completion. This is a local family-run institution has been in business for decades and the exceptional fashion in which they service their customers has withstood the test of time. Its always fast, friendly, and professional service from their adjusters like Craig and Cameron, and technical staff like Mike.

Its truly like a breath of fresh air. I hate to say this but I almost get excited when I ding up my car to get the opportunity to interact with these true professionals and have my car ending up looking better than when I brought it in!

My boyfriend has a beloved BFF, his dude, his ride or die, his pride and joy. his 2005 Chevy Silverado. He loves this thing. And rightly so, it's a really nice truck with a few sweet extras, making it a truck you want to keep no matter what. My boyfriend also has an unlucky streak. He's been in 3 accidents in this truck since it's purchase a few years ago.

Although the accidents suck and were heartbreaking. he knew that if he took it in to his boys at Solesbee, it would be as good as new. He is right. They keep him up-to-date on their progress all along the way. Not only does he receive his truck back clean and looking shiny and new. they also offer rides, for convenience, when dropping off or picking up.

When asking my insurance who I can trust with my vehicle I asked for the best, they recommended solesbee auto would take care of me, I want to thank the awesome employee who took care of me, Peter took care of me from the moment I walked in, following up on all the updates of my vehicle to getting an unexpected call that i would be receiving my vehicle sooner then expected, I was treated very well coming here along with all the staff there, I am grateful and if I could give ten stars I would.

I posted on the Placentia buzz on Facebook, well Christee Luedtke commented on my post. She told me to ask for her husband Cameron. So I head over and he was on lunch, so Peter texted him and he looked at my car. Peter and Joe took great care of me and helped me with my car! Definitely recommend them for all car needs.

I was rear-ended in an accident, and took my European SUV (car maker rhymes with "FREE TIM Yabbadabbadoo") to Solesbee Auto Crafts based on a recommendation. wait for it. from a nice older random stranger who drove the same maker of car and saw the damage on my car AFTER the accident. I pulled into a parking lot to exchange insurance info with the other party, and this random stranger (shout out if you happen to be reading this!) said I had to take my car to Solesbee for the repair.

Recently moved into the area, I took him for his word. Turns out this stranger was not only correct in his recommendation, the team and Peter Visoso were not only superb in their communication but handled the repairs seamlessly, working with the other party's insurance. The repair job was top notch, and Peter even said they weren't satisfied with the quality of the first attempt of the repairs, and re-did the paint job!

How is that for above and beyond service? It really doesn't get any better than this! I also got a free t-shirt, which I wear proudly. Thanks Peter and the team at Solesbee!

It took me a couple of days to write this review because I wanted to make sure I gave it the time and recognition that it needed. I had an amazing experience here because I was hit by a person who did have insurance and their insurance referred me to a Solesbee. From the moment I got there until the moment my car was done I was communicated with and treated extremely well Peter helped me with my car from beginning to end and he gave me a nine day turnaround time and I believe my car was done before the seventh day so I very much appreciate them they have great customer service and are very family oriented there.

Today my sister was in a huge bind - her undercarriage came loose while she was driving and it was dragging severely. We walked right into Solesbee and Peter took care of her right away. He personally removed the damaged plastic while his crew was at lunch so we could efficiently get on with our day. I've been taking my cars here for years, decades even. Cars I no longer have. I'm a big car guy and I consider them more of a partner in customization than a body shop since I've needed parts painted/installed more often than I've had accidents. They might be slower and pricier than others, but it's worth it. They make sure things are done right. Plus the staff is super friendly and approachable.

Car wash down the street damaged my door panel. I brought it in and Cory took care of it. They were able to buff out the scratch and now looks good as new! Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied and great overall experience!

I had a great experience with them. A woman hit me and destroyed the passenger side of my car. I met with Cameron, the service writer. He paid attention to detail and went above and beyond to be helpful! The insurance company told me it would be a 3 week repair. It took 2 weeks and a day. One of the staff even offered to return my rental car so I didn't need a ride. I highly recommend this business!

Don't listen to the negative reviews. These are either competition owners or people who cannot be pleased. I'm very picky and make my living in the customer service world. These guys are top notch in their service and ONLY use new manufacture parts. I've gone to cheaper places and had many mixed results. Some people don't like that the owners are Mormon, but I'm not there for church, I'm there to get my car fixed. I'm okay as long as they are not Muslim. PS.they left my car spotless too.
