Critical: Quality I spent just shy of 3 thousand dollars on a 4l60e rebuild. The transmission works fine, but when i got it in the air for routine servicing i found that several of the bolt holes are stripped out and the drain plug was so rounded off an EXTRACTOR couldn't even get a bite on it Service: Transmission

Same scenario as what a couple others have mentioned. They basically did the work but they simply didn't button things back up properly meaning, parts of the areas that needed to be taken off in the engine compartment for accessibility to transmission, they weren't put back on properly. Loose bolts and fittings not reapplied properly. Went inside the vehicle to start up and ready to leave and even part of the console was disconnected!
Also wiring hanging down below the vehicle had to get them to try to fasten that more upright so it wasn't hanging. Also 3 weeks minimum to even get the work done due to not enough guys and too many vehicles. "Cleanliness Factor" well let's just say don't count on it!

10/10 They were able to get me in right before closing and replace a leaking seal (one from the auto parts store) on the spot and had no problem saving my AmsOil to put back in the transmission. Whole shop is full of fantastic people! The owner even took the time to speak with me about how to keep my transmission healthy. Very knowledgeable and veteran friendly; huge thank you Sir! I know who will be building the transmission on my 7.3 when the time comes and I'll have no problem driving the 2 hours to get it there. Thanks a TON!
