Do you service commercial fleets?
Yes, our Broadway location specializes in commercial fleet maintenance and heavy-duty truck repair. We offer mobile breakdown services, scheduled maintenance programs, and emergency roadside assistance for business fleets.
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and offer the NAPA EasyPay financing program. Online payment options are available for both Beverly and Broadway locations.
Are you open weekends?
Our Everett locations are open Monday-Friday only. Beverly Blvd location operates 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, while Broadway location hours are 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Do you provide warranties?
All repairs carry a 36-month/36,000-mile warranty. We honor manufacturer warranty requirements and use NAPA-certified parts to maintain vehicle warranty validity.

The work is not complete at this time but after talking to their Service Advisor I am confident that we took our vehicle to the right place. Fleet Service came highly recommended by two other companies in Skagit County. They went above and beyond to take care of me. They stayed 2 hours after closing to get me on my way, chased hard to source parts and are true professionals. This is the only place I will have my motorhome serviced at. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Auto water leak repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission repair, Brake service & repair, Auto brake replacement

Although the wait for an appointment was pretty lengthy. I think that in itself speaks volumes of how well respected this shop is. I have no problem waiting as I know my vehicle will be well taken care of by the mechanics. Fair price, professionalism and quality work is why I will continue to use Fleet for all my vehicles maintenance and repairs.

Rick and his team have been taking care of our fleet of 9 vehicles for a few months now. The things that stands out the most is their professionalism, willingness to work around our schedule(within reason of course) and their quality of work. They have been great to answer our questions and concerns and they have shown, in the time we have worked with them, they truly care about their customers! We are home medical equipment company(Bellevue Healthcare) and getting equipment out to our customers in a timely manner is extremely important too us. We are so glad to working with Fleet Services. Great team, service and professionalism! The team was very easy to work with, and provided updates through the entire process. Definitely would recommend there services. Service was quoted with a lead time about half of several competitors, and then they finished early. Auto repairs are never convenient, but I genuinely felt like this team supported getting my vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Thank you!

My car engine died while driving up to visit family from out of town. We were able to drop it off after hours and they got to it within 2 days of the drop off. all during the week before Christmas. So kind and communicative when I followed up. Great service!
