Communication is lacking. I was told yesterday morning that I'd be able to bring my car in at 8am the next day, but when I got there they were closed; lights off, door locked. I waited an hour in a car with a broken heater before I gave up. Calling them did nothing except get the answering machine telling me they open at 8am. Their website also didn't have any announcements of delays or emergency closing that I saw. Had to take my poor car elsewhere, so no idea what kind of work they actually do.

As someone who doesn't know much about cars and doesn't really have anyone near by to consult, finding Price Brothers was like heaven. They were pretty quick to find out what was wrong with my car, and fixed it right away! Plus, they were very reasonable with the price, so that's great too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new mechanic.
