We have been coming to Totem Lake Auto Care for over 6 years. We trust Brett and the service he provides. We get all our cars serviced by him. What I like the most is that at each maintenance visit, he provides us a list of things that aren't in good shape or need replacement. But he also goes on to tell us what is urgent and what can wait. We find it very helpful and plan accordingly. Over the years, Bret and his team has provided us a reliable trustworthy service at every visit. We recommend this place to anyone seeking auto repair.

Had a really great experience here! Bret is insanely nice and they did a great job replacing my ball joints! If I lived closer, I'd come here for all my services!

This place is the only place you want to take your car. Brett and his team are well versed, experienced, and have the confident know how. I only take my vehicles to this place. Brett is great about making sure to find the problem(s) and work with you on what you want to fix, how to do it, and what it will cost. Totem Lake is not the cheapest, but they aren't crazy expensive either. They aren't here to rip you off, or take advantage of you. You can tell that they want to take care of your needs as a customer.
