Diesel Exhaust Fluid

We can deliver to you your Diesel Exhaust Fluid in 2, 2.5 Gallon Cases, 55 Gallon Drums, 330 Gallon Totes and in bulk. Englefield Oil can also include Diesel Exhaust Fluid though our On-site Fleet Fueling Program. Diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) is a urea-based solution that reduces harmful nitrogen oxide emissions from diesel engines.

The BP/Duchess gas station is awful. I was just there this afternoon 9/13/2021. Garbage was overflowing from every trash can at every pump island. There was even a full bag of trash laying against one of the trash cans which itself was overflowing with garbage. The lot was strewn with trash all over it. There is rarely any water or windshield fluid in the troughs, There is one pump that has been out of order for about 2 weeks.
Rarely is there receipt tape in the pump unit. This is the store in Canal Winchester at 800 W. Waterloo St. I drive a Ford and Ford suggests BP gasoline, and this is the closest location to my home. If not for the fact that Ford recommends BP, I would never enter this station. Also, I attempted to call Englefield Oil's customer service line to voice my displeasure, but all I got was a recording, and no one has called me back almost three hours later

Englefield run Duchess gas stations are the king of false advertising. their signage does not match prices. They also hire completely incompetent people or can't keep their locations staffed properly! I will not be spending a dime at any duchess location in licking or Franklin county ever again. just like woody Hayes, "I would rather push my vehicle then give them a dime of my money"
