Despite miscommunications with names, I was greeted and served quickly and pleasantly. We didn't expect to attempt to close the deal on the same day, but the young lady in finance felt it was very possible. It was decided to certify the vehicle for warranty purposes which delayed the closing to the next day. This was completely satisfactory, and EVERY person involved with this sale was great. Even the detailer came up and spoke to us. Another great Hometown Dealer experience!

With the crazy times we live in, Kevin at Gross did well to keep me as up-to-date on the truck build as he was able and allowed by GM. I was happy with how things went and the knowledge he had on the many different truck options we looked at. I will definitely give Kevin and Gross another shot, when making future truck purchases.
