We were new to the Southern Oregon area and had some prior bad experiences with other shops in the area. Brian at Bob Thomas Automotive was caring, professional, and honest throughout the whole process of our truck giving us issues. We've had to take our truck in twice on two seperate issues from prior work completed at another shop that wasn't done correctly. We contacted Bob Thomas Automotive shop, they immediately scheduled us and called us letting us know what was going on with our truck and kept us informed through the whole process. They are the best around and we will continue to use them for years to come.
