Quick and professional service- they were able to order a replacement window and install it within 24 hours of my initial visit. In the meantime they vacuumed out the broken glass from the break-in and put plastic over the window so at least I could sort of use the car in the meantime!

Unable or unwilling to answer my technical questions regarding glass, polycarbonate, plexiglass and metal glazing for a commercial job. They did a good job replacing my wife's windshield but couldn't reset or calibrate the safety sensors needed for insurance so we had to take it elsewhere for that part. Beautiful facility.

Amazing from start to finish! I couldn't be happier! We had 28 window done in two days. The guys were on time, respectful, wore appropriate masks, they cleaned up after each window was installed and also moved furniture ect. away from them for me. I really did my research before choosing them and I am not disappointed! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing windows/doors/glass work done. The best around! Thanks guys for all your hard work! I am one happy lady!

Both girls in the front office were great. The Tech's had to replace a panoramic sunroof in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. The technicians stepped up to the challenge. This was not an easy one. I think everybody deserves a pizza day.

I've used these guys twice in about a 5 week span and they were great each time. The first was just needing to replace a smaller garage window. I was short on time and the owner showed up for the measure and was extremely flexible with my schedule for the install.and the owner even came in his personal vehicle and did the install himself. The other time was an emergency situation where weather was coming in and I had a patio door that needed to be replaced.
They came out to measure within a couple hours of my call and worked with me on the install specifics to make it happen as soon as possible. The two installers who came out could not have been more courteous and professional. I didn't price match so I have no idea if their prices are good but their level of service and commitment to their customers will keep me coming back to them for future use. From the owner on down, they were great people to deal with!

The NICEST, most honest, quick, and professional group of folks ever! Took care of a huge rock chip in our windshield so fast and free! Highly, highly recommend! We put our trust in these folks and it was worth it. Safelight unfortunately wouldn't give us an exact quote of what it would cost even while looking right at our windshield! That gave us cause for concern - so we called McKinney glass and they gave us a quote over the phone but it ended up being free due to our type of insurance! GO HERE!
