There aren't enough good things to say about Sterling. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7 Hemi to them a couple months ago for spark plugs and coil packs. They offered to do a full vehicle check-up just to make sure we weren't missing any major issues - to which I knew there would be based on how the rig was driving and the warning lights that had popped up on my dash. I'm glad they did that check-up because it turned out there were several issues with my rig that made it unsafe to drive/ issues that could've left me stranded.

But what really stands out to me was the demeanor with which they handled telling me about the issues. I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything; you could tell they genuinely did not like having to deliver the less than ideal news. They addressed my cracked intake manifold, the 4x4 not engaging, as well as brake lines that weren't working properly. They got the parts needed quickly and performed the work quickly. Sterling came recommended by family, and I'll be driving the 2 hours it takes to get to their shop the next time I need work done.

It was a real bummer when the local shop I was going to closed. I pass by Sterling's every day and decided to give it a shot when I needed some work done on my truck. They are more than fair, do excellent work, are communicative and are honest. Everything you look for in a shop. I've gone back again since and will continue to give John my business with all of my vehicles. Please don't retire anytime soon
