Questions
Can modifications affect my vehicle's daily drivability?
No. We design all upgrades to maintain comfort and reliability on paved roads while enhancing off-road capability through precise suspension tuning and component selection.
Do you install parts purchased elsewhere?
Yes, we inspect third-party parts for quality and compatibility before installation to ensure safety and performance without voiding our warranty.
What lift kit size is best for my truck?
Lift sizes range from 1.5 to 6 inches. We recommend 3-4 inches for balanced trail performance and street legality, with 6-inch lifts for extreme off-roading.
Are rooftop tents safe in high winds?
Yes. Our iKamper installations use reinforced mounting systems tested to withstand 90+ mph winds, with aerodynamic designs minimizing drag during highway travel.
How do I maintain skid plate protection?
Inspect hardware monthly and after extreme use. Clean debris regularly and reapply protective coatings annually to prevent corrosion in steel armor systems.
Can I finance overlanding gear purchases?
Yes. We offer flexible financing options for rooftop tents, storage systems, and power solutions to make expedition-ready setups accessible without upfront costs.

Had a appointment for 8am for a alignment and tighten and lock tight all jam nuts. They didn't get my Jeep in till 11am as I was waiting in waiting area. Finished Jeep around 2:30. I was hungry and aggravated from waiting I didn't notice that I didn't receive a alignment sheet telling me that the alignment was correct. Front lower control arms jam nuts were tightened and locked tightened but the heim joints are in a bind they aren't strait so when I go off road flexing it's going to bind and not articulate like it's supposed to.
Also non of my other Jam nuts were even touched, checked for proper torque or lock tighted after inspecting them myself. I paid for the service and didn't get what I paid for. Another thing I mentioned was I'm a member of Midwest Jeep thing and thought I would get a 20% discount that I didn't receive.

I purchased jeep accessories for my new jeep. Tommy recommended great products. One item was in stock and the others were available the next day. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I answered all my questions that I had about my new Jeep. Only because he wouldn't get up and come outside and look at my bumper. I'm sure they're good people but they must have really been busy both of them. I will go back if I need help. Mainly because I do believe they know what they're talking about
