Fred's Muffler & Car Care

Recently found this gem of a place and man am I glad I did. Extremely professional and honest which to me is nearly impossible to find in any car repair shop. They don't give you the run around and list a hundred other things that need repaired that really don't. Take your vehicles here! You will not regret it! JR and staff are phenomenal and I look forward to using Fred's until the end of time! Well done Fred's. Well done.

I needed to have work done for my exhaust system. I was able to get a quick appt. I was able to drop off my car and got a ride home from Fred's customer shuttle. My car was looked at and I received a call about an estimate, which to my happy surprise was far below what I expected. With an excellent price, the repairs were made quickly, I was picked up from home and brought back to pick up my car all in a few hours!

You need to go there, if ur wondering where to take your vehicle.don't waste anymore time or energy. Have to admit auto shops = untrustworthy to me. I do know there are reputable businesses & good honest dealings but it seems very rare to find. Unfairly misjudged these guys but I was wrong. Very honest, fair in price & impressive people skills to boot.

I saved myself some $ but my muffler now sounds metal on metal cringe worthy horror +I got myself so worked up stressing probably took 5yrs off my life expectancy. Dont kill urself prematurely, worrying over auto woes- just trust Fred's Complete Car Care. Thanx guys, the little u did for me mattered big time!

True to their word! They have some talented technicians in their shop. Just amazing that there are still honest shops around. Being a prior automotive technician before I transitioned to a different career. If I can't fix it, I would send my vehicles over there no problem. They definitely got my future business! Fred's Complete Car Care is a place you should go to for virtually ANY auto service work, including State inspections. They are very professional, customer service oriented, knowledgeable and work to save you money by not doing extra, unnecessary repairs. AND, their pricing is right. A friend recommended them to me several years ago and I found that I sure was spending much more elsewhere for the same service work. Try Fred's, you'll be impressed and happy while saving $$.

I feel they are very unprofessional. Called about an additional repair. Was told they would call back. Never did. The first repairs they left tools attached and I had to go back. Then was never told it needed a grease boot therefore tie rod was ruined. I don't know a thing about vehicles and trusted them. My tie rod they replaced fell out while driving. They just try to blame everything on you not knowing anything and surely don't care about a person and their kids being in a vehicle that is fixed right the first time.

Fred's Complete Care Car is one of the most caring car shops I have ever been to! I won't go anywhere else for my cars' needs again! They always do their best to get me in on a last minutes notice and they complete all of their services with care! I am genuinely happy with the quality of care my vehicles get at Fred's!

Fred's is the best! I have shopped my car repairs around over the years but I have always ended up at Fred's. They are the most trustworthy car repair company I have ever worked with. They only suggest repairs that are necessary and are very competitive with their rates. I don't trust anyone else to work on my vehicles.

Have a handicapped equipped van that needed front suspension work and a rear tire with a separated steel belt. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend Fred's Car Care. Definitely not a rip off place. They did what was necessary and at what I believe was a fair price. My thanks to JR and Jim for being so patient with a temperamental and difficult to operate van.
