Galson Auto are great people. Just don't have tint on your windows if inspecting your vehicle. Was denied with factory tint.

A car i bearly tapped. had NO damage. She took it here (inside job, i already know for sure, b/c i literally BEARLY tapped it lol) and they charged my insurance company $3700! For a bunch of parts not needed. I bet they sell them on ebay.

I have used Galson Auto & Body several times and have been very satisfied with their service. They are very efficient with the job that needs to get done and their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend this place.

Had my car fixed my this shop years ago did a horrible job even threaten me with a lawyer for the negative review only reason this place has good reviews is because they threaten the customer with a lawyer to get them off! Definitely would not recommend this place!

I've had the most stressful four months with insurance, my new car, and overall inconvenience. On November 17, I got into a car accident that wasn't my fault. My car got hit by the side, moving the frame inward and shoving my door in a position that was impossible to open. I had to climb from the passenger side from that day forward. The driver didn't have a good insurance provider either.

They were so inattentive and uncommunicative. Insurance providers, am I right? I then searched for a Body Shop on Google and ran into many locations throughout Houston. I only would consider shops with 5-star reviews and a good reputation. Galson was one of these shops on my list. I gave them a call and felt welcomed with the first impression on the phone.

I knew they were going to be my first choice for repairs. I decided then to pull the trigger in January of this year. The situation worsened with my claim. I was faced with the decision to either pay for my deductible of $1,500 that is for collision. Again, this accident was an insured motorist accident, NOT a collision. I wasn't supposed to pay anything out of pocket for the repairs.

I proceeded to drop my car off with that in mind, hoping that my insurance would fight for my full deductible charge. In 6 weeks, my car is now repaired, and it looks brand new. Gena worked hard to get the needed amount to fix my car and get the OEM parts needed for it. And to top it off, they waived my deductible. I'm grateful to have chosen this Body Shop in such a relief.

It means a lot to me that I could walk out with my 2021 Toyota Camry without needing to spend a dime. This situation has been a nightmare, and today it has become a dream. Thank you, Galson Auto & Body. I will recommend you'll to anybody that needs repairs from now on. You can see the before and after shots too below.

My review is after my family has gone there multiple times. We live nearby so that was our quick save but it's not. Every time I brought my car in, it came out with more issues. One of those times as I started to leave I noticed immediately my car made a bouncy sound and I found out a part was cracked at my other mechanic who said it looked like someone had done it while working on the car (he was about to be upset with his team, and I said it wasn't when I noticed the sound).

I've always brought all my vehicles including my family's vehicles over here whenever we've had an issue and Galson Auto and Body goes above and beyond to make sure you're vehicle feels brand new and there's absolutely no issues. I had no idea my car was due for a Fuel injection service which was making my mpg drop, after the service, my mpg went up drastically. They're always looking out for both my vehicle and my best interest. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an honest and efficient shop.

Galson Auto Repair did an awesome job on the repair on my Ford F150. Ravi, the person I worked with and I believe the owner, was exceptional to work with. I am very picky, and the repair was done correctly. I had my front and back bumpers painted (front bumper was deeply scratched and back bumper had been scuffed by someone in a parking lot). They explained how the repair would be done and the options (explaining both the best way to do the repair by removing the bumpers and painting off body and the lower cost way to do the repair).

The final result had exceptional paint color match and quality. My goal was to not be able to tell that the damage had ever been done, and that is what I got. Ravi also knew I was very particular about my vehicle and went out of his way to ensure there was no possibility of dings or damage. My main concern was quality and not how quickly I got my vehicle back, but I got my vehicle back in just a few days (a day faster than I was originally told). Ravi even gave me a ride on the day I dropped off my vehicle to prevent me from having to walk back to work. Galson Auto Repair is a great place to take your vehicle for body and paint repair if you want it done right and you want to deal with professionals. I am completely happy with my experience. I can always count on Ravi at the body shop. Lowest price I've ever paid for a full synthetic oil change. These pics are the most recent job I had them do. Galson auto has worked on every car I've owned rather it be mechanical or body.

So glad I discovered this shop! Best body shop I've been to by far! RAVI is the man! Told him all the trouble another shop gave me and that they didn't fix a part correctly. my man Ravi said he would get it fixed and as a supplement under my original claim. made it happen in a day. I had a good ding from a trailer on my Chevy Silverado. I got three bids. 2,500. 2,900 and 1,000 from Golson. Great price and job. Secondly, we met the owner on a bike ride and he and wife were very nice and polite. Super great.

Very quick and straight to the point, Roger is very knowledgeable and helpful with any issues you may have with your vehicle. From bumper to bumper Galson had my back, I will be sending my vehicle here for maintenance from here on out. The only delay was if they had to order a part, and the turn around was very fast. Latest was the next day.

My vehicle was improperly repaired by another body shop, and Galson not only repaired my vehicle properly but advocated for me during the process with the insured's carrier ensuring that all work was completed and that my car would operate safely for years to come. All that I communicated with throughout the process were transparent and thorough. There are no words that would express my gratitude! Thank you Galson Auto and Body!

Galson's Team was amazing through the entire process. Ravi and Christina were very helpful, caring and courteous throughout and took the time to explain the damage, estimates, time frames and made sure to keep me up to date. The car looked brand new. Every single detail was carefully taken to make sure my car was immaculate. In today's world, you don't find too many businesses (and auto businesses) with good customer service and professionalism, but Galson's Team and Customer Service was awesome, extremely professional and exceptional customer service! I highly recommend!

Come here for state inspection. Very professional people and know what they doing. Very big shop with bumper to bumper service include body work and mechanical works. I think the only thing that they not do is tire service. They do have the washing station probably for customer after service. Would recommend this location.

I want to give a huge Thanks to Ravi of Galson Auto & Body for the custom paint work they did on my Audi S5. I posted a before and after picture to see the great work Galson Auto Body did. I'm very particular body shop choices when it comes to painting cars as many of they cut corners and use cheap paint. I first went o Caliber Collision and I explained what I wanted done and the reply back was it can't be done.

I continued my searched and I run into Galson Auto Body and when I walked in the office I first notice all the before and after picture work they've done on Exotic cars. I figure if they can work on those type of cars then what I'm doing to my Audi is a walk in the park. I explained all the things I wanted done and Ravi made it all happen.

The attention to detail is exceptional on the work they performed on the car. When I bought the car from the dealer they offered to Wrap the car but I'm not a fan of Wrap as sooner or later you'll have to replace that. Therefore I turned to the real thing which is paint the car and after that I had it Ceramic Coated for protection. I'm new to Houston and I'm glad I found my go to body shop.

I wish that I could rate the body shop higher than 5 stars! They helped me out and provided guidance in how to deal with ACCC Insurance. A little back story is my wife was sideswiped by someone who is insured with ACCC, we put in a claim with them immediately. It took them 2 months to say that there client was at fault. I then was able to take my car to Galson and they took care of the rest in dealing with ACCC.

I could not be happier with the work that they did! They have a great staff that's easy to work with and are very professional! I highly recommend them for any type of work that you need to have done on your vehicle.

It only took 7 months for them to reply to my review. That just emphasizes that they don't care about their customers. I approved the cost increase for the paint. I did not approve the additional $150. I have no reason to go somewhere that overcharges and refuses to communicate It has been 1 year now. Still, no attempt at contact from this substandard establishment.

I am not sure about their mechanical work but I have taken my cars here for inspections for at least a decade and have always been 100% satisfied. This year they have given us hell about all of our cars inspections. For petty things like windshield wipers, and tint that is too dark even though this is a car with original tint that has been inspected several times before.

And losing my insurance card. They have always been great and very friendly, so maybe they are under new management, but they are just a waste of my time now. My patience with them is expired. I will not be going back.

Galson is my go to repair shop for auto body work and has been for about 10 years. Unfortunately, my son, 16 years old, was hit by another driver a few weeks ago. He helped me pick out his car and he was devastated. I was out of town when he called so I called Galson. Chris arranged for a tow and Chris along with Ravi made my wife and son feel great about the process.

We just picked up his car and man what a great job they did. Not only did they fix the damage, but the car was buffed, cleaned and looked better than when I bought it. I can't recommend this company and this team enough.

These guys are great! My car wouldn't start after the "Houston freeze" last week and I called them around 4pm to see what I should do. They suggested I call someone I knew who had jumper cables to try and jump the car so that I could drive it up to the shop. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone I knew in close range that could come jump the car.

I called back and they offered to come pick up the car with their tow truck for a small fee. I agreed to the tow and ended up riding with the tow truck guy to the shop, arriving at 5:20pm. They were able to not only change the battery (which turned out to be the only problem), but also do a well-overdue oil change for me in just enough time before the shop closed! I really appreciate how they were able to help me so last minute and so quickly. Will definitely be coming back for any other needs in the future!

I recently had a problem with my vehicle not starting. While I was waiting on the wrecker to pick up my car, the manager of the convenience store where I stopped, said my battery seemed fine and tried to jump start my car. When he did, nothing happened, not a sound. Then a couple of other guys were trying to be helpful and checked out my car, too.

All were in agreement that the starter was the problem. So, I took my vehicle back to Galson, where the starter had been replaced 4 months ago. The technicians determined the pigtail connector clip from car to starter was broken. So, the connector was replaced and rewired. I have worked a couple of times with John, who I believe is the Service Manager.

He is very knowledgeable, was good at keeping me informed of their progress, as well as keeping me updated as to what the charges would be for repairs, and an estimation as to when I would get my car back. I got my car back yesterday and am happy to report that everything seems to be running just fine. The car starts immediately now and I am extremely pleased! I wrecked my work van, in my defense, (the tree hit me), I called a family member that works for Toyota, and he referred me to Ravi. He immediately got to work on letting me know how much I would possibly be out of pocket for the damage, and asked for pictures. Within a couple of days, my taillight was in and he had me bring the van in to have it replaced by one of the coolest workers they have there (Rocco/guy with all the tattoo).

He popped it in, in no more than 3 minutes which was well appreciative. The following week, I dropped the van off for the rest of the work that took 4-5 days because of ordering a new bumper. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of communication, I received after dropping the van off, and I expected that the entire completion of the van would be resolved or that we would communicate is anything additional was needed or had changed, which did not happen, and resulted in me receiving the van with minor damage still present and was told that it wasn't fixed because it was not in the price that was quoted from the pictures.

I expected that once in his possession, he would call and explain or maybe even inform me that it was not as expected, more damage was found and given me the opportunity to say yes go ahead and fix it completely or declined the service. Overall they did a wonderful job on the van, bumper and taillight, looks new and work was completed in a timely manner. Ravi is a cool dude, and did everything in his power to even stop a noise that was coming from the tail pipe. Very appreciative of their work, and I will take the blame for the miscommunication of the services needed!
