In Massachusetts it is your choice to use any auto body repair shop you prefer. The insurance company will give you a list of all registered auto body shops and they will indicate on that list their "preferred or referral" shops that have entered into a contract with the insurance company. The contract determines how your vehicle will be repaired and encourages the use of imitation replacement parts.

Schedule an appointment and Please bring in your estimate information or fax it to 781-641-1753. Please remove all personal items from vehicle including trunk, this will save time spent moving and storing these items while repairs are performed. If you have rental coverage, or you would like to rent a car the day of your appointment, please notify office personnel and we will schedule a reservation with the local rental car company. They will ask you for a license and credit card, please have them handy.
