My vehicle got a door ding in a parking lot. Budget was part of the other party's insurance list of body shops. The ins company never let me know I needed to call Enterprise to schedule a rental but Budget did when I called you set up my appointment. Enterprise met me there with the vehicle and I was able to leave it right at Budget when my vehicle was done. My vehicle looks brand new! You cannot tell at all that there was ever a dent in the door. Amazing work & the girls inside at drop off and pickup were very nice.

Critical: Punctuality I had to miss my aunts funeral because no one communicated with me that my car would not be done when promised until I called them asking when I could pick up my car. The service loaner they let me use was a death trap on wheels. I feel as they lied to me constantly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. Service: Body & Trim
