Mr. Jones "Tank" Allowed our towing experience to be excellent. He walked us through every step of the process by being very communicative & charismatic. He was very cautious when operating, always making sure our safety was a priority, it makes all the difference. We all know it's a tough day when in need of towing, I'm glad Tank was able to ease the process! Thank you so much!

I was on 99 coming home from work on Friday. I had a blow out. My internet was out and a friend sent me Milsteads phone number. I called but was unable to give a location. Cars were racing by. It was very scary. The tow driver found me! I am very grateful. Not only did he fix my tire he helped me get back into traffic and on my way home. If you are ever in a jam please call them. You will be glad you did.

I had two tires blowout at the same time. Tank to the rescue! He was excellent, thorough, professional a gentleman. He got me home and safe. Know who I am calling the next time I need a tow.

I have used Steve Meredith a few times to tow both my 1965 Mustang and my F250. I can't speak highly enough for how amazing he is. His honesty and integrity puts him far above others in his same line of business. His professionalism and the care he takes in everything he does is second to none. Give this guy a call first when you need a tow.

I have used milstead glass for many years. I needed a tow for my vehicle and looked up tow companies in Google. To my surprise Milstead Automotive also has a towing division. Called and set up for a tow. Dispatch set appointment and Steve showed up early even though it was late in evening. He was so nice and professional and really seems to enjoy working as a tow man.

He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of his truck (a really nice autism painted colors truck). Even though needing my vehicle towed was a hassle, Milstead Towing definitely made it better. If ever I need his service again he gave me his card and I'll be sure to request Steve again. Thank you for your help

Y'all! Dennis Hilton with Milstead Automotive was by far amazing! This program of Tow and Go is a huge blessing! They're fast! Only complaint was the first guys that came out. Said dog was dangerous and she was far from that. Then Mr. Dennis came back by and towed us. Super friendly, professional, & really need more people like him! He took the time to explain the program to us once we were at the drop of location.

Milstead Automotive drivers and the call center are so professional and courteous. I've used them several times and I was surprised this one wrecker driver remembered me. BJ goes above and beyond his service. I'll definitely call upon them if the time comes again. I highly recommend them.

I Love this place. I just went to do a maintenance tune-up on Blue Ice. Mr. Jim, Mr. Greg and Mr. Josh recommended to me that i need the main parts for my car to run great. And than work on the secondary parts for my car to run better. Thank u so much for working with me about my car. My baby runs like butter. She was good before. But now she runs smoothed like butter.

Thank u for the wonderful job. I will be back. Promise. They give you a key chain as a gift. What mechanic give u a gift key chain for working on your car. I appreciate your company cause it hard finding a good mechanic that's reasonable.

I do alot of my own auto repair. However, if is too demanding or requires a specialized skill I trust my vehicles to Milstead. The recently removed the entire dash of my truck to replace the heater core. I am tremendously happy. Great communication and NO surprises when I picked up my truck.

When I called they were very courteous and gave me estimate. I scheduled the tow and they kept me in the loop the whole time; it was quick and easy. Luciano was very knowledgeable, nice and careful with the vehicle, he got it to its destination safely. Would definitely recommend, very affordable and great customer service.

Steve Meredith has gone above & beyond what any tow truck driver should've & was even so kind as to work on his day off to ensure my car was delivered. He and Larry are both punctual, efficient, and thorough. I couldn't be happier with my services from both of these hard working gentlemen. They were both pleasant, respectful and polite while transporting my car to the desired location so that she can be serviced and back on the road.

Both seemed to enjoy their work had smiles on their faces the entire time. That says so much about their integrity & truly shows in their work. My husband's tire blew out on the freeway on his way to work - he drives a large SUV. Tow truck driver Phillip Ward arrived to tow the vehicle. Phillip was informative, professional yet, friendly and went the extra mile to inform me of my options to get my tire changed and get me back on the road quickly and safely!

I had to have my vehicle towed and I remembered using Milstead Towing before so I called them It was a blessing they sent Steve and let me tell you not only is he kind and very patient he also is professional he will treat you as if you were the president of the United States now that's service worth having Thanks Steve

I called and talked to Josh on a Saturday and explained we traveled from out of town and the RV was not running well and was making a noise. He said I could bring it in then but I asked if Monday was okay and he said yes he would be waiting. He had to order parts so it took longer than we expected but he did his absolute best to get us repaired and on the road.

We made it back home safe so to Josh and the young man that worked so hard to get us going, Thank you so much. God blessed us when he sent us to your shop. My grand daughter said everyone was nice.

I just retired from 43 years in the automotive business so I'm very familiar with how a business like this should operate and these folks certainly seem to have it figured out! Fast courteous and fair. Everyone one there was professional and polite especially Jim the service advisor. Jim treated me like I'd been going there for years and it was my first visit. so pleasant I had them do all 3 of my cars and will be taking my Motorhome there as well.

I was so thankful for Stephen Meredith this morning! I was on my way to work and my tire popped on 45. They are part of the Tow and Go program and after a little while they just showed up and put my spare on for free! It was a blessing, and I'm just so incredibly thankful for Stephen making an extremely stressful situation a lot easier! My husband is extremely grateful as well.

Milstead RV repair did an amazing job repairing our windshield wiper motor and driver's side mirror. Colleen Ryan provided excellent customer service throughout the process. We all know RV parts are hard to come by but she bird dogged it to the finish line for us. This organization is trustworthy and dependable! So much better than going through a RC dealership. Very pleased with my service. Got word of this place on a Facebook group page it was recommended and it didn't disappoint! Explained exactly what was wrong and prices were each explained as well. Replaced alternator and it was done quickly. Taking more vehicles to them :

AAA left me stranded on the side of the road at 2:00am for over 3 hours. When I called Milstead, they were there within 30 mins. And had me loaded and on the way to my mechanics in 7 minutes.

This shop is garbage! Had them rebuild a transmission that didn't even last a year and a half! Also had to take it back in that time for what should of been warranty work cause the converter broke and they blamed it on my flywheel saying a should've replaced it with the trans which was never recommended to do so I ended up paying for a fly wheel a torque converter and labor. Not to mention the over priced garbage transmission. I'm not sure how they are even in buisness anymore after years and years of screwing people over

Honest and reliable. I have been taking my jeep here for years. Over that time there have been issues here and there with the vehicle, they are honest about what I need to do right now and what can wait.

Called Milstead for an oil change for my RV. Since we are full time RVers and live in our RV it was important that we be able to wait while they did work. They ended up doing the job in less time than they quoted (1 hour) and less $$$ than they quoted, which was $50 less than Demontrond RV quoted us (and they quoted us 4-6 hrs to do an oil change). Overall we are very pleased with the professional job Milstead did. Would highly recommend Milstead Automotive to everyone.

Great experience with tow and service. Got some BS from my insurance company's dispatch about how they couldn't pick up on a toll road. Milstead was there in 20 minutes. Awesome communication the whole time. Thought I was OK but driver said he'd follow. Long story short - they went above and beyond. Towed it to Milstead who did the radiator replacement less than any other shop and did it exactly in the time they said. Two thumbs up.

This is the second vehicle to come through with brakes redone. We really enjoy working with the Milstead people.

All I'm going to say is the TOWING DEPARTMENT is very unprofessional. My main focus is how you talk to people and how you communicate with people, maybe because I'm a minority. But I don't think I was treated fairly. It started off ok but the way Mr. Richard did a 180 on me was unbelievable. Not all that, the way the tow truck driver talk to me was unreal. The job was done, but the level of service was not what I expected. I WOULD NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

Friendly staff and go the extra mile to accommodate customers. I definitely will recommend.

This was my first time experience with this auto shop and the facility & resource has to justify the increased price in labor and parts. The only issue that I had is that they wouldn't use my parts and that's fine but considering this place has so Much the fact that spark plugs would go missing from the box I left in my vehicle makes me see that the mechanic looked at my parts and well you can fill in the rest.

I appreciate that I pay kindly and happily but to have parts missing right away is ridiculous. That's what I get for not going through my vehicle and checking everything thoroughly. Negligible as it is maybe someone should check their employees to see if they put thugs back! Thanks anyways hopefully he just took it out and didn't care to put it back. My bullet to bite

The driver came to tow my truck, but was able to help me start it instead. I greatly appreciate his help because it saved my time and money. Also Lee was very courteous and knowledgeable.

Milstead provided a great experience for my oil change. I called and was able to bring my car in 20 minutes later for service, customer service was friendly and helpful and the oil change was quick.

Milstead towing was the company my insurance GEICO used to tow my vehicle to the body shop. Well I have to say the driver that came out was very professional and he got my car there the same day seeing how busy they were! Thanks Milstead, keep up the good work!

I called Milstead for a tow truck after waiting 3 hours for roadside assistance through my insurance. Steven with Milstead arrived 5 MINUTES after the call! He was so nice, and so professional and got me out of my jam within minutes. Every single time I've used Milstead for anything, they have exceeded my expectations! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Came in for an oil change and they did amazing. I came in at 8:15 and it took about an hour from start to finish. Clean waiting area and honest people.

Milstead towing is above and beyond one of the best towing companies I've ever experienced. I've had the unfortunate pleaser of using Milstead 4 times in the past 5 years. The first two were personal after having car accidents. However the last two and most recent were for work. In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey Milstead as the first company that came to mind when we needed to get our mobile pharmacy in place at the convention center.

They were prompt, courteous and one of the team. The second call came when it was time to move the trailer to its second site at one of our closed stores. Again, Richard and Jason coordinated to provide the same prompt, courteous, team approached service once again. I am a loyal Milstead customer for life. I have used Milstead for over 27 years. I have no complaints. They do it right the first time.

Took my 2009 Toyota Camry into Milstead and they did an amazing job at informing me exactly what was wrong and also gave alternative options. Greg helped me the hole way through out the repair. Prices are fair and work is WARRANTIED which is HUGE to me. This was not my first time going to Milstead and it won't be my last. Highly recommend HONEST and respectable place for automatics needs.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Every single person I encountered was a class act, from the tow truck drivers who were complete professionals at a very traumatic time, to the front desk staff, to the gentleman who helped me clean out my vehicle. They made a very stressful and scary situation, a tad bit easier with there excellent customer service. This company isn't located near where I live but I would 100% refer them to anyone in my family.

Needed to complete a vehicle inspection and my husband turned down a stray road. He said they have a nice waiting room. The employees were polite and respectful from the moment we entered. They quickly completed the inspection and sent us on or way, but we still witnessed firsthand the high level of service they provided all the other customers while we waited. Great and speedy service overall!

This place seems to have great service. I've only had my oil changed here a few times, but for the most part they always do a fantastic job. The staff is kind, and their facilities are clean. They are a popular location on Rayford, so their wait times can be a bit too long. An oil change has taken over an hour most times. Never had a problem with them though! Very affordable. As far as other automotive work goes, I can't be too sure on that service. Oh and they have drinks and snacks in their lobby while you're waiting!
