Chris was extremely rude. Two broken cars back from him and he tells us he's doing us a favor. Bring your father here because he will get confrontational if you don't have a big old man with you. Cute dog though.

We just purchased a used 2014 Jeep Patriot & knew it needed maintenance. Chris at Paragon Auto Repair was friendly and courteous. I had a issue with my ETC & Traction Control light turning on. Chris was quick to get my car in the shop and back on the road again. We have an appointment tomorrow to fix some of the other maintenance needed on Jeep. We're very happy to find a loyal and trustworthy mechanic in our area. Based on other reviews is why we were eager to come here.

Chris at Paragon has taken care of my cars for years. He's thoughtful, thorough, honest and explains things in a way that make sense. He's also great at making sure that I know what is most important to do first if I have to choose to wait on some repairs. Chris was easy to communicate with and discussed things clearly with me. I also appreciated the promptness with which my minivan was repaired, and his prices are very reasonable. In addition, he recommended that I not do some repairs that didn't seem necessary, and he explained why. I'll be back!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop. Chris was so kind and was extremely knowledgeable. I don't know much about cars and so I usually am skeptical when I take my cars in because i don't know if what is being said is true. They not only fixed my problem, they did a complete car inspection. It was extremely affordable and they even took me out to my car to show me what they had found and what they were doing. His dog is really sweet and it's a very comfortable environment. I definitely recommend!
