Unfortunately this company was sold to me at pinegar in Branson, mo. We've had several issues with the truck and after over $4000.00 in repairs I've concluded this insurance I purchased for $3000.00 does nothing to help. I've waited to review this company just about until my warranty from them expires. I'll never again purchase insurance with them.

Terrible service would not cover my vehicle even though I have not modified it from the condition it was in when I purchased it. Would not give me a refund and told me to go through dealership to get my money back.

Purchased this warranty when i purchased the vehicle from Value Kia on essington in Phila. Instantly had trouble with the car and took it back to the dealer multiple times in which they finally told me that they had no idea how to fix Jeeps. they recommended using my warranty and taking the vehicle to a jeep dealer. Jeep dealer stated the issue, warped cylinders. Warranty would not cover because it showed a sign of "neglect".
I paid $2000 for this warranty at the time I bought the vehicle only to have to pay $6000 for an issue with this vehicle i just purchased. Value Kia, never again. MBPI. never again! if i could rate it no stars, i would.

Paid for gap insurance fast forward 5 years car got totalled insurance did not cover 900 dollars call to use gap insurance they find a loop hole due to condition of the car so won't pay so I ask what is the point of gap insurance and again it was a 5 year old car in amazing shape till totalled
