My car was damaged on my way to work during a storm. I made it to work, but needed to have it looked at to make sure it was safe to drive home. I called very worried. Stevie answered the phone, she was very kind and able to get me in last minute. They didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary fixes and were honest about what was urgent and what could wait. They even offered to give me a ride to my job so I didn't have to miss work or pay for a ride. They got the repairs done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning here for services in the future!

Just got my first oil change here. The front desk was very friendly and willing to explain any questions I had. The "next service" sticker also matched my owner's manual recommended mileage interval, instead of the bogus 3000 mile interval that some mechanics recommend. That's the mark of an honest business. Absolutely amazing service center for all makes and models of vehicles. This is a privately owned shop you can trust. I was having electrical issues with my Honda. The dealer wanted $250.00 to (try) and locate the issue only. Then there would be additional an additional charge to repair. I called JO CO Auto and talked with Ernie. He was able to get me in the next day. A couple hours after dropping my vehicle off Ernie called me and explained what was going on.
A critter had got into the wiring under the vehicle and chewed up some wire. Ernie suggested repairing the damage over replacing the entire wiring harness which would have cost over 1K. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed I promise.
