BMW Service By Import Motors

Took both my Mercedes in for work ending up in two high bills, they never informed me they were closing it was the month before they closed, I then received their letter stated they had already closed Mark was to underhanded to send the letter before. So now I have no warranty on work they ran up, already had to replace brakes and rotors on one car because they put on wrong parts, they failed long before they should have, I will be filing a complaint with bureau of automotive repair, now I have to check they did not use up old stock and put wrong parts on both cars or even did they work they claimed.

Both cars had major repairs after I took them in within 3 months, So thanks Mark for being dishonest to a customer who for years gave you a lot of business. how you could look me in the eye and run up these bills not telling me you won't be around to honor the warranty is deceiving. So I guess I will see you in court.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS! This by far is the worst auto shop experience EVER! They were nice enough which makes this situation even worst. Because it shows the extent there willing to go to do the wrobg thing. They had my car for a month. Never fixed my issue and charged me over 1k. There are things missing on my car that they claim broke while the tech was working on the car, but didn't mention until I drought it up.

Nor did the fix or even order the broken part. I believe they were using parts off my car for other cars. This is the reason our society SUCKS. To many less than honest people look to get over on honest people. The Bible says you will reap what you sow. That's why I do right by people. If you are dirty, it will show at some point. I'll NEVER bring business to places that are not above board. And this certainly is one of those places. This is my experience with them. I hope you can avoid a negative experience with this place.

Everyone I have dealt with at Import Motors was kind and patient with me and even provided transportation to and from work. Lukas is a top-flight mechanic who answers all my questions about my Mini Cooper.

The kindest and friendliest service I've ever received by a mechanic! Mark is very professional and honest. I brought my mystery repair in on a Friday morning and was out by the afternoon. There's plenty to do nearby to pass the time. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
