I had my vehicle towed here b/c of an accident, the tow truck driver recommended I use Atlas b/c they were very reputable and secure. So I agreed to the tow and never did he explain to me all hidden fees that were to come! I should of known by the name of his truck.same company Atlas. The city contracts them for accidents and they screw the customer's by sending to their body shop for storage. But fail to explain the hidden cost and fees.
I would of paid $175 to get it towed to my house, I went next to get it moved and had to pay well over $300.00 in their mumble jumble admin fees. What a rip off! Never will I use this company and never will I recommend them to anyone ever!
