So after reading all the wonderful Google reviews I decided to take my car into reliable transmission and I had to do it over the weekend because I used my car for client transportation with work. I dropped it off on a Friday and had to come pick it up by Sunday and it still wasn't even looked at. I called on Saturday and The guy I talked to stated he put it on the machine and by the time he was done doing something else the transmission was too warm to test it again.

I then called on Sunday to see if it was done and ready yet and he said he had a car come in that should have taken 20 minutes that he went to go look at and it ended up taking several hours with the other car so he never got back to my car :- my transmission is still not fixed and I still have no clear answers as to what's wrong.

Absolutely recommend this shop. The owner, Jason, is great to deal with. Thought the transmission on my Tahoe was going out. One dealer did not have a transmission tech. The second one I called couldn't take me for 3 weeks. Took a chance on Reliable after reading the reviews & glad I did. Called, & Jason said bring it in right then. An hour later, he called & said all I needed was a fuse, which he replaced for free. He advised I get the fluid changed. Vehicle was ready the next day. They gave me AAA discount on the service. All in all it was a great experience. Will never use another transmission shop.
