Outstanding experience. Reasonable cost. If you own a vehicle that needs specialized mechanics, you should have known its going to cost a little more so I don't get the reviews where people are surprised at that. No gouging here. Vehicle went in needing some love and came out purring like a kitten. well until you give her a little gas. Highly recommended. 2016 Audi S3.

Well it's been over a week since the guy at the front desk promised he would check with the owner about a problem with the hood release that was operational when the car was dropped off. Now it has "play" in it and I've not heard back. With the cost of repairs here approaching dealer prices, it seems more prudent for us to take our 3 Audi's to the dealer. The customer service is far superior (the guy at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me while he was working on his computer- left me standing outside a locked door), until after 8:00 am. We love to support local businesses, although it no longer makes sense. Wish you guys all the best, however customer service is important and being ignored is not the best way to retain customers.

I had an electrical issue with my 2009 BMW 328i. I had the vehicle towed to European Autowerks for repair. I had never used them before but was impressed with the reviews I had read. The communication was very good and Ramele kept me informed with the progress of my vehicle. They did not continue with any work until Ramele spoke with me and verified that I agreed with their assessment and gave the approval to continue the work.

I was not happy with what I had to pay for the repair, however, the cost would have been much higher if I had taken my vehicle to a BMW dealership. When I say I was not happy with the price, it was because European Autowerks over charged, it's because the nature of the work and repair done to my vehicle is inherently expensive. They were very knowledgeable and used NEW genuine BMW parts for the repair. I would definitely recommend European Autowerks to anyone who has a BMW for any type of repair, especially electrical repair.

Alkways great to work with Steve and his team. Great communication regarding repairs and services. Very honest regarding expected costs and job completio eta. Compared to some other European auto indie shops the pricing is fair. Only gripe is I wish you could bring your own QUALITY parts for installs.
