What great customer service. So helpful. My son was involved in an accident in Boulder, Colorado. We live in Montana. Pellman's was able to fix his tail light to make his truck road safe while waiting for an appointment with the network insurance company's auto body shop. Such a relief to coordinate this job long distance. Thank you everyone!

I have been a happy loyal customer of Pellman's since they opened in the mid-90's and they have taken care of my Nissan Maxima, my Honda Odyssey, and now my Honda CRV. Everyone there is knowledgeable, honest, caring, and professional, and I am eager to refer everyone I know in Boulder County to them. I ESPECIALLY appreciate that they are NEVER dismissive of me because I am a single woman bringing in my car for service - unfortunately nearly all other car repair or car buying experiences at other places have felt disrespectful because of my gender.
Recently I crashed my car during the ice storm after being displaced from my fire-damaged home for the last month, and I had my car towed to Pellman's for repair. The kindness and generosity they showed me was overwhelming and deeply appreciated. They are the epitome of people who care and do the right thing.

They charged me for replacing a gasket and did not. It blew up on me on the highway. They replaced my gasket for free but wanted me to pay over a thousand dollars to replace an oil leak caused by the gasket blowing up. I also had to pay someone else to replace the spark plugs from the oil burning through them. DO NOT GO HERE. I feel incredibly taken advantage of.
