I have used Hagen's Body shop over the years for a number of different vehicles that I and my family have owned. I've used them "too much" because I'm not a good driver. The team of Paul, John, and Rhonda has always been great to work with. Great service, knowledgeable, and able to explain how insurance companies work as well. Many times they have gone over and above what they have to do to help me. They provide loaner or rental vehicles. I highly recommend Hagens for all of your auto body repair needs.

The receptionist is quite obnoxious. She tried to convince us that our appointment was a month away when it wasn't. I confirmed with a phone call last week. Fortunately, another auto shop fit me in this week. I'm just surprised Hagen's auto body gets any business.
