I have been getting my Volvo serviced and repaired at Gaal's automotive repair for 5 years. They are trustworthy, loyal and honest. Being a woman getting your car repaired is always a concern. I have always felt like I was being taken care of with safety for myself and my family in mind. They will provide estimates and work with me for the best path forward in the care and maintenance of my vehicle.

I trust them. Driving to their location is a bit of drive for me but I would not go anywhere else. Having your auto repair shop know your name and your car and treat you with kindness, dignity and respect taking time to explain the work being done and being cheerful every time is wonderful. It goes beyond customer service, not to sound cliche but they make me feel like friends who take care of you and always there to help. Feels safe and I need that. I have confidence you will have the same experience.

As usual, Peter and his crew are mindful w/ your car & your goals for it! My M3 had a rat chew through two wiring harnesses along with a few other stray wires identified by his certified BMW tech. He was able to source the harnesses when no other dealership could for 5 MONTHS per my own research! He had me back on the road in under a week all while handling a new battery, programming, brake service & flush, oil change w/ my preferred brand and weight, and of course cleaned her up nice! I drive 25 miles to get both my BMW & Porsche serviced by EURO AUTOMOTIVE.

I have been going to Euro Automotive for over a decade. They have taken care of our 2 Mercedeses and 1 Audi. They always do a great job, and always less expensive than the MB or Audi dealerships. They are honest and tell you when there is a less expensive option, or they will tell you when this is not the time to cut corners. Service: Battery

I needed a side mirror replaced on my 93 SE 300 Benz, they were able to order if, have it shipped within 2 business days. They installed the mirror in 30 mins and gave me the old mirror in the event I need to replace the mirror in the future. If you have a classic vehicle, you know the value of keeping parts. So today I visited Euro Automotive for a stripped out oil plug that 2 other Mechanics couldn't seem to fix. I worked with a guy named Zac a man of few words but did an awesome job. cheers to the entire team at Euro Automotive they will have all my business.

I found my new mechanic. I was experiencing car trouble and got turned away from one mechanic because I drive a volkswagon beetle. However I was recommended EuroAuto by a fellow beetle driver. And although Peter too was hesitant, he helped me put oil in my car and helped me get money back from a mistake purchase on my part. A trustworthy mechanic is invaluable. I am grateful for his assistance.

As per usual Peter and Anita come through with top notch service and communication! I had my Porsche Macan GTS in for body repair. Their crew did a seamless replacement of the front bumper with all factory parts way cheaper than the dealership and in record time! What else could you ask for!

Excellent customer service. Been here a couple of time for an oil change. Had my front brake roters and pads replaced on my Cayenne and the cost was extremely reasonable. Definitely recommend this place.

My air conditioning went out in my Jaguar for the second time in a year, on the hottest day yet. Peter and his staff were able to fix the issue under warranty, and when another issue popped up that was unrelated to the warranty issue, fixed that as well without charge. Peter and his staff are incredibly professional, kind, and prompt. I won't take my Jag to anyone else for repairs or maintenance.

I've had 3 different cars repaired/serviced over the last 10 years here. Perfect every time. Peter is knowledgeable and has specially trained mechanics for all types of cars. It's the best repair shop in town and less than the dealership. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

We are from out of state and my son is attending school in Dallas. We needed repairs on my son's BMW X-5 and I called Peter on a recommendation of a friend in Dallas. Being an older car Peter knew we didn't want to spend a ton of money on repairs. He reviewed the car and told us everything that needed to be repaired but only recommended the most important repairs to keep it rolling. Each time I have taken the car in for service it's been a great experience, very professional and cost effective. Will be returning in the future.

Leaving a bad review is that last thing I ever want to do but we don't want any one else to have the same experience. We brought in a 2006 Range Rover that needed its BMW engine replaced. They did the $9408.77 job including a $4500(extremely high) engine charge. The PCV valve was not replaced and oil separator hose came off on the highway and blew the motor 2 days after leaving the shop.

The engine was replaced under warranty but took from beginning of July to October to replace. The second motor did not even last through the year before it began having problems with the timing chain. We are now rebuilding the top in the garage of my home. For $9400 you would want to drive a vehicle more than 3 months.

Great honest service! Dallas and Peter were very helpful in figuring out what was going on with my brake sensors. The repair was reasonably priced and they had my car ready quickly. They are set up to work with after market warranty companies like Warranty Direct so my hassles are minimized. I've been looking for a reliable shop besides the dealership. I think this is it.

I wouldn't take my BMW back to this shop!they charged me a lot of money.driving around 4 months later the car was not fixed for what I paid. Peter is a smooth talker beware

Bought a used Mercedes with a good repair history. Took it to Euro to have a complete inspection done, They correctly identified a couple issues I knew needed attention and did not recommend anything unnecessary. Don't waste your time at the dealerships, go directly here

I am usually skeptical of auto service shops, and especially wary of car dealership shops so the experience with Peter and Euro changed my long held distrust of this process. I brought in my aging Mercedes suffering from rough running and not having any experience with mechanical fuel injection I could only imagine the worst case scenario, multiple components needing replacing or repair, flux capacitors beyond service life, and any other myriad ailments described in vague terms and warnings of impending loss of life if not repaired immediately.

So my surprise that Peter calming offered to look into the rough driving issue and call before doing any work and gave a solid time frame to boot. Peter called back in 5 days instead of seven had diagnosed the issue, that was shocked in how reasonable the quote to repair was. Next day i arrived to pick it up, peter tossed me the keys and asked that i drive it around abit and them come back in to see if I was satisfied. The old car was transformed and drove beautifully. Bill for repairs was spot on and a list of things to keep an eye on. I Will be a customer for life now. Thank you Peter!

Finally found a mechanic in Dallas I trust. Peter is extremely professional and courteous. The service is quick and thorough and I appreciate the follow up via mail. The office area is very clean as well (don't always find that at shops). I would definitely recommend them!

The Check Engine Light (CEL) came back again within a month even after Peter replaced the air valve charging me around 400. Called him to schedule as it is still under warranty. He said I had to leave my vehicle for a week or two so he can look at and no loaner car also will be provided. I will have to try calling him to see if he is not that busy and can service it faster.

Will call him this week and update the review! THIS IS AN UPDATE TO THE ABOVE REVIEW I have scheduled the service for CEL and this time Peter mentioned that Air Injection Valve needed replaced to fix the CEL. It was done for the cost of parts about $650 and he offered LABOR free of cost as it was 2nd time CEL was being fixed up. The service was completed within 2 days and so far the CEL did not come back (so I assume it has been fixed right this time).

I have an s430 Mercedes. I bought the car and the door locks was not working. I took it in and they fixed it up and gave me a loaner car because parts was taking its time to come in. Ever since I my car back has no issues. Peter even tossed in a free oil change and inspection. I would take your car in and cheaper then the dealership. Great job guys

I would absolutely recommend this place. I have had lots of car trouble in the past and brought my cars to countless mechanics all over the Dallas area. I kept feeling a little bit out of the loop or a nagging feeling I was being ripped off by mechanics because I don't have the knowledge about cars to ask the right questions or call them out.and sure enough every few months my car would have to go back into the shop.but this is not true of euro automotive at all.

The guys there were super helpful and friendly and gave me great expert advice as well as a detailed print out of what was wrong. The service was very fast too and they got back to me right away. It's so hard to find a trusted mechanic these days, but I am so glad I finally (through lots of trial and error) brought my car here. I can't recommend this place enough!

Peter is very professional and knowledgeable. Before performing any work on my car, Peter called to discuss the repair cost. He expressed sincere concern relating to the repair costs. I would definitely go back.

Peter and George are great! Have an 06' Audi A4 and the starter died. I'm a big fan of DIY and diagnosed the issue and tried to accomplish this myself and after an hour or so of trying to get the starter out decided to call Euro Automotive on the advice of a family friend. I spoke to both Peter and George and they assured me they would double check to be sure my diagnoses was correct and quoted me a price that was only about $150 more than the starter cost (I sourced for the part online and at Audi Dallas and there was no huge difference).

They had the car for a few days and kept me posted on progress. In the end they were able to fix the car and at a rate that made it worth letting someone do it for me. Being mechanically inclined and doing a lot of my own work I feel confident in recommending these guys. They have a great reputation and in my experience were professional which gave me a good feeling doing business with them. Hope I don't need to soon, but I'm sure I will see these guys again!

Peter and his team of grease dudes (respectfully said) are awesome. As a single girl, usually in high heels, I've never felt uncomfortable or out of place. They explain what's going on under the hood respectfully, professional and in simple terms this blond understands!
