Was looking around for headgasket pricing for my 03 Forester XT, and on the phone was immediately cut off and told rudely that they won't work on the car. would be 0/5 if possible haha, they just didn't seem to understand that I'm willing to put the money needed into the car seeing as I'm going to heavily modify it. Would recommend The Subie Doctor instead, much friendlier and was able to book an appointment with them no hassle.

I Stopped in because i lost my oil cap and none of the auto stores carried it. even though they don't sell oil caps, he came out took a look for me and scrounged me up one that would work. he didn't have to do that and was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here for any work I need on my Crostreck!

Highly recommended! Rocky and Michael are incredibly generous with their time and presence. While getting an oil change, they did a thorough inspection of my car and were fully transparent with whatever they found. They also took the time to explain whatever needed to be prioritized so that I can have the a sense of what needed to be done in the future. I appreciated their efforts and really felt they were on "my team, " and cared about my vehicle. Especially being a woman, their graciousness gave me the sense of security I needed to lead with trust. Thank you! So glad we have some awesome mechanics in the neighborhood.

I pulled a flat right outside of Rocky's shop and was struggling to get my tire off. He came right out with a jack and helped me lift my car up so I could get my tire replaced. He even brought out a impact wrench to help tighten the bolts. My mom has been taking her car here for years and they never disappoint. They know what there doing and they don't try to over sell you on things you don't need. If you drive a Subaru this is the shop you need to be taking your car too. I can't praise these guys enough!

Rocky at Roos Only has taken great care of my car and has been very professional and kind in our interactions. When my CVT transmission went out, Rocky diagnosed the problem accurately and pointed me right away to explore the extended warranty so I could get it covered at no cost by Subaru. I appreciate the honesty and helpfulness I've found here making it my #1 stop for my car needs. I've continued to come back for other services and preventive maintenance, and I have been very happy.

I cannot think Rocky and his team enough. I brought my car to them when I already had not had use of it for two weeks, and not only did they immediately start work on my vehicle, Rocky even got me set up with a car to use in the meantime so that I could run errands that I had not been able to do for weeks. They then shattered my expectations by having my car done and ready for pickup the following day, three days earlier than promised!
This shop is amazing and obviously cares a great deal for their customers both inside and outside of the shop. I am getting all of my maintenance done here going forward, and if you drive a Subaru I suggest you do the same
