I brought my 1986 635csi to these guys and they did a fantastic job. The car underwent some pretty major suspension refresh. They replaced just about every component you can think of under the car for me. They were priced fairly and kept me up to date on the status of the car and my expectations. Eric Knows his stuff and is proud of his company. My gas cap went missing during the service and he replaced with a new one and an original one free of charge. Overall I was Very Happy I recommend these guys for any modern or vintage BMW.

This is the BEST BMW shop in town! You will not find better service anywhere else! This shop is quick and effective with amazing work! Eric is the best! He is sooo customer service oriented and will always do right by his customers. If you have a BMW, you need to bring it here! Boyd Motor Werks has the BEST BMW mechanics that you will find anywhere. I have been going to Boyd's for about 6 months now and I have seen them quite a few times. Every time I go in, they always know what the issues are and their so quick, and effective. DO NOT take your car anywhere else in Portland. These guys are the best! After having a bad experience at another shop, Boyd's is all I recommend. Eric is amazing! Sooo customer service oriented. He will always do right by his customers!

Unreliable service. New owner is a nice guy but his techs keep letting him down IMO. Had to re-do two separate $1500 jobs (Serpentine belt and starter) on my X3 because they weren't done correctly the first time by Boyd. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after they botched the serpentine belt job causing near catastrophic failure to the motor. After multiple unsuccessful visits (one lasting two weeks) to re-fix a newly installed starter, finally took it to the dealer to get it done right. Fool me once. fool me twice.
