I dealt directly with Fernando and Courtney. Both were very professional and personable. They delivered on every promise. They knew I wanted my car in time to start a big trip, and despite a hiccup with the insurance co, they got the job done beautifully and in the time frame they promised. My truck was hit on the rear quarter panel and bumper. Speed's was very customer centric, efficient, and flexible. They went out of their way to make sure they worked with our schedule and timeline. Shortly after we got our truck back it got hit again in the same spot. We received the exact same level of service. I highly recommend Speed's to anyone looking for that old style customer service. Thank you Speed's for making an unfortunate time tolerable. LH
