I had a quick appointment next day for my window glass to be repaired that a great service not fault that or the prices of the job as well excellent price as well the not good bit is the couple scratchs on the glass I did phone up about it but wasn't interested as they said it hard to put a replacement glass with a fault window arm so I felt that a let down other wise very good service

Same day replacement. They were very fast. Left black Sikaflex sealant spots, smears and fingerprints on front panel, bonnet, roof, wings and doors. Left dirt all over dashboard as well. Would never use these again, appalling.

Did a fantastic job fitting my new windscreen and wet able to get one on within 3 days (unlike my insurance provider who said they would take up to 2 weeks!)

Having had my window smashed I needed a replacement fast. To their credit, the window was sourced quickly and fitted quickly too. As other have commented though, it's the quality of the work that's the issue. The amount of class left in the door is considerable, and weeks after the work was carried out, I still get broken glass being thrown from the door every time it is closed. It seems reasonable to expect the broken glass to be removed, or at least advise customers it won't be before work is carried out - I had no idea it wouldn't be until I drove the car for the first time. It's a comparably cheap service they provide, but you'll end up paying someone else to mop up after they're done, so do take this into consideration.
