experience
At Brad's Transmission Service, we bring decades of hands-on automotive experience to every repair. Our owner, Brad, began working on vehicles at just 10 years old, repairing and preparing them for resale. By age 16, he and his brother had incorporated their first transmission repair shop. Since then, Brad has established three successful transmission and driveline repair businesses. Founded in 2006, our Sherwood Park shop initially specialized in transmissions and drivelines before expanding into comprehensive automotive maintenance and repairs. Today, our fully qualified and certified technicians handle brakes, steering, suspension, exhaust systems, tune-ups, electrical diagnostics, differentials, transfer cases, and air conditioning and heating systems.

We take pride in delivering dependable workmanship supported by modern diagnostic equipment and established repair procedures. Our expertise in transmission and driveline repairs has earned the confidence of other automotive shops, which regularly rely on our services. To maintain our technical knowledge, our technicians participate in classroom training, professional seminars, and ongoing study of automotive technology and repair methods. We focus on identifying problems accurately and completing repairs correctly the first time. Honesty, professionalism, and customer satisfaction remain central to our approach. Every repair includes a full written warranty, and we guarantee your satisfaction. Contact us for a free estimate.

Did a great job on my classic GTO turbo 400. A "go to" guy with knowledge of the 60's-80's performance and modified cars and trucks. Skills that are disappearing slowly in the industry. Trustworthy high quality workmanship.

I looked at the google reviews for Brads transmission. He had amazing reviews and comments so I decided to go with them. After having my truck with them he notified me of my major issues with my transmission that it was caught on time and went above and beyond for the services he provided me Not only does my transmission flawlessly work and shifts perfectly now. he also maintained and repaired things that made my life easier to repair While it was in the shop.
and everything was at a very reasonable price. I will refer them to anyone I know who needs this type of work done. Thanks Brad ! We will return

My family has been using Brads transmission for years to rebuild transmissions and transfer cases. My dad and i usually do the removal and install ourselves but were too busy with seeding this time around. Couldn't he happier with the service and experience i received from Brads. My truck was finished quickly and properly within a week (including may long) fully rebuilt 6l80 and aftermarket trans cooler. Very happy with everything. Nice to have a positive experience with a shop after lots of negative ones. Thanks again!
