Repaired my brakes quickly and gave me a fair price. The staff is very professional and friendly too!

Brent Allen's team went beyond my expectations. I came in with a suspected oil leak that three other shops couldn't find. Brent Allen was my 4th shop. They did a manual inspection as they should, then steam cleaned, put in fluorescent dye, drove it around and put it on the rack 3 times trying to find the leak. No leak so far. They charged me the minimum for diagnosis time and no more. They also want me to bring it back in a few days to put it on the rack again, just to make sure.

As a female, I always feel I am being ripped off at auto repair places. I felt they were fair and honest. I will be spreading the news about their wonderful customer service!! Thank you, Brent Allen and Team!

UPDATE Feb 2020: Brent Allen is still providing great service and customer satisfaction. Had a burning smell in my engine over the weekend. I thought it may be a belt going or, horror, electrical. I took it in Monday and they discovered my fuel filter was leaking. They replaced it, put in a new gasket, and cleaned my engine. It was under warranty, so no charge. I also appreciate the past history they keep on my car so we could see when something was done, what suggestions for coming up repairs, etc. There is something to be said for longevity at a shop! They know me and my car! Love these guys!

UPDATE March 2023: You did it again! In late December I felt my battery was having issues. I called and talked to Jason and asked if it was still under warranty. He had the records right there and said it was under warranty until the second week of January and to bring it in before that, which I did. They did a diagnosis and the battery was not working as it should. SO, they replaced my battery for free. No problem. Then, Tuesday night my battery light came on. I called about bring it in later on Wednesday. Jason said to bring it in Wednesday morning as he didn't want to see me stuck somewhere if it was the alternator. It was the alternator. They always check out what is wrong, call and tell me and ask if they should proceed. I said, yes. So they ordered the part and this morning they said that I have some belts that were cracking. It was not an emergency and could be find for months before they may break, but, since they were already in the engine and it would save on labor if I wanted them to replace them today. No pressure! So, since they were already in the engine, i had them replace the belts, too. I really appreciate that about them! Customer Service at its finest! A lost art!

UPDATE March 2025. Still living these guys! I had issues with my back door. No parts are available so they came up with a good solution that works! As the cost came under what I expected, I had a little extra money so I had them go to my list of services I need and I had them include the next one that needed to be done. I love being able to go to a shop that knows me and my vehicle. And I slowly work through the list when I have funds. Thanks, Brian and Ryan!!

Update: May 2025. It does seem my car had been in the shop a lot lately and it's true. I have an older car and things need more attention. This time it was my rear brakes. The dash panel lit up with issues so I took my car in. And thank goodness. They had to rebuilt my rear brakes. As always, they guys at BA did a great job. They kept me posted on what was happening. And I am so appreciative of the loaner I can use when they have my car. That's a life saver!

I was able to get emissions for both my vehicles under 30 minutes. Service was quick and guys at the counter professional.

Fast service! Great sitting area with an arcade game, streaming tv, sodas, magazines, and comfy chairs. Waiting with a young one was a little bit easier because of this. We really didn't wait at all, service was fast and fairly priced.

Had them service my gooseneck wheel bearings they picked up the trailer and dropped it off saved me tons of time and money. Sent a simple payment link to pay which was super simple to use and saved me time of having to swing in and pay my bill.

Great place to get an alignment done. I have brought several vehicles here and have always been pleased with the results. I like that they provide a detailed report of all the measurements and adjustments made. Excellent customer service - they worked me in their schedule on short notice and even had a loaner car available that I was able to use to run some errands while my car was being worked on.

They answered the phone and got me in the same day. The service was prompt and thorough.

Ive been to Brent Allen Automotive a few times over the past two years and had a great experience each time. They are very quick with their service and communicative about how long the service will take.
I dont know much about cars so I would take some of the receipts they gave me and ask my coworkers or family if it was a fair price, they always said it was a reasonable price. Ive been to automotive shops that try to upcharge for the time your car was at the shop instead of the time for actual work, I have never had that issue here and have left my car here numerous times during the day.

Fantastic service experience! Brian and Ryan are both fabulous although somewhat difficult to distinguish between each other because theyre both so good and their names sound so much the same, LOL. Needed extra help with the car to be repaired from a distance which didnt faze them in the least. And what else did they do? They delivered the car to a storage unit to wait for us to come pick it up.

Folks, this kind of service just doesnt happen anymore.

On several occasions they have given us multiple options at different price points in order to do their best to provide optimal service within different budgets. Another time for my daughter's car!!! This time to see what was making her car not start. And fix her driver's side door.
Everything checked out. They think a light, headlight or some other light doesn't go off when she turns the car off. So they told her what to watch for so it doesn't happen anymore.
They fixed her door, yeah, so now she doesn't have to roll down her window to get out!!!

I just moved to the Logan area and needed to find a trustworthy place for vehicle service. I called around for brake service and was told by others that no one repaired disc brakes, they only replace them now. The folks at Brent Allen still do! They are old school in the best way with experienced technicians. My cost was less than half of what others had quoted. I will be taking my vehicle to Brent Allen from now on.

We have taken multiple vehicles to Brent Allen automotive and I absolutely love and trust them! They are so great to work with! As a single mom with teenagers that all have their own vehicles, it means a lot that I can send my teen with their vehicle to Brent Allen whether it be for maintenance or repairs and I dont have to worry at all! They take care of them and their vehicles like its family and they communicate the info with me if need be! I cant say enough good things about them!
We actually ended up there by mistake to begin with and I will continue to use them for all of our car care needs no question!

Brent Allen Automotive replaced a fuel pump, and gets five stars from me for great communication, highly skilled and intuitive, going the extra mile to repair anything that needed repairing. Also courteous and respectful. My vehicle is a 2011 Chevy Express G3500, Class B Pleasure Way Camper van. Ill be going back for oil changes and if anything else comes up for repair on the Chevy engine.

Brent Allen Automotive is a very upfront shop very very good diagnosing done at a reasonable price they dont try to push anything to you or upsell you on anything. They give you a quote with labor and part cost and you just approve or decline very simple which is nice no pressure no scare tactics will definitely be coming back

We had electrical issues two days before Thanksgiving when we were planning on going down to see Family for Thanksgiving break. They got us in that day, despite being super busy with the holidays and they were able to get the job done. They did an excellent job on the car. They were fast, and they didnt do anything without my approval, which I really liked. They were very transparent and approachable. I wish I would have gone to them sooner with my car problems.

I was here from out of state and had an issue that needed same-day attention. The tech, Jason and I went for a test drive, I left the vehicle for more thorough diagnostics. The service manager, Brian, helped arrange transportation for the day. I will say from start to finish the BH guys were fantastic and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I was impressed how they showed through testing what was wrong with my vehicle. There were photos and an explanation and an estimate with parts and labor included. After work was finished they explained because of the age of my vehicle that other problems could occur and made me aware what to expect and recommendations for better maintenance to get more life from my vehicle. Brent Allen has some good customer service and show they care. I would recommend them to anyone.

A great shop! They are upfront and honest with what they are doing and why they recommend the any future services. They even taking the time to answer all my questions without complaint. Most important Brent Allen Auto has proven to me to be a trust worthy mechanic for my vehicles. I also like that they show pictures of any problems they find to show you what is wrong.

My brother took his car here. They did a great job. I went looking for exhaust work, I talked to Jason who gave me Brian. He pulled my truck in and looked at what I had. Gave me an honest assessment of what I needed. I'm so glad I've found someone since Eric at custom muffler to do this work. 10/10. I'll definitely come back.

This place is awesome. Not only do they do good work, they explain very simply, and clearly what they are going to do and most importantly why. Also, they take pictures of your car to show you exactly what the issue is so you know theyre not going some other car in poor condition to try to get you to buy their service.
And if thats not enough, they are very friendly and helpful.

Wow! Im impressed. These guys first checked my car for pretty much anything wrong after I brought it in to look at the A/C. Certainly, they want my money and to do more work, but I was impressed that all was optional, and the A/C problem was fixed as well. They were professional, friendly, and not pushy at all. Its my new favorite place to take my car. Fair prices, and fair treatment.

Brent Allen Auto was exceptional! We had to register a vehicle and Brian took great care of us. The process was very efficient and easy. The waiting area was stocked with candy and drinks and was very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone. So grateful we didn't have to go to jiffy lube! I've taken my vehicle here every time I've had issues and always get a fair quote and honest and detailed evaluation of my car before they do any work. Amberlee is such a sweetheart and a treat to converse with and Brian, Mike, the whole team are awesome people. I always feel in control and well-informed when it comes to my car and they're so nice and welcoming when me and my family go in! The kids love the vintage arcade-style games in the waiting room. My cousin recommended Brent Allen Automotive when I first moved to Cache Valley and I've been coming here ever since for nearly two years! They've done everything from front end work to the catalytic converter on my car and when my power steering went out it was under their warranty so there was zero issue getting that fixed (it was a manufacturer error) at no cost to me. Fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!

Brought car in for turn signal and hollogen light replacement because doing it on a mustang is no fun. While they were fixing the lights, noticed an electrical wire chewed through and some droppings suggesting an animal was the problem. They brought this to my attention saying the hollogen light should still be good, just replace the wire and gave me a new quote on price beforehand. They fix it up and I get a text with detailed pictures on everything else they looked at just to make sure it's all good. They pointed out a leaking seal that could be replaced later. I made the appointment for that a few days later. Second time I come in, they say it will be 4-5 hours to change the seal and gave me a loner car for the day free of charge as long as I refill the gas. Called me that afternoon saying it was done. Great people, updated me on everything with costs before doing anything. Did not try to add anything in like replacing the light when it was just a wire issue. Would recommend.

These guys are awesome! I work in Logan every week to week and a half and on my way home on Friday my vehicle started running funny. I was able to limp into their facility around 3 oclock in the afternoon. They were very patient and was willing to diagnose it right on the spot. After that, they determine that my fuel pump was most likely the culprit and their team of technicians that were there at the time decided they were going to tackle the problem and were able to get me out of there just after 6 oclock. If it werent for their expertise and their willingness to help out I wouldve had to have my vehicle towed all the way back to Salt Lake and would most likely have been down that next week and not able to work . Thanks again guys!!, you were great!

Everyone I talked to was super nice, straightforward, and helpful. They took the car for a short 5 min test drive with me so they could get a feel for the issue and called me after their diagnostics so I could approve the work they proposed. After everything was done, they let me drive my car to make sure everything was the way I needed it to be before paying. Would highly recommend their services to anyone!

High integrity shop! They put new tires on the 20 yr old kids car. I had asked for an alignment, but they declined to do it as the suspension is a bit worn and they recognized that this car still tracks straight and is not worthy of a substantial investment in suspension. This car will probably not outlast this set of tires, even without the alignment. They could have done it just because I asked Thanks for being practical and treating me as you would like to be treated!!!

I love Brent Allen Automotive! They are always meticulous with their work and each diagnostic even has pictures of what's going on with my vehicle and where. I love that they also tell me about the urgency of each possible repair. I know my car is in good hands and I trust the work they do because they are honest and open with me. I'm also grateful that they know me by my name and not my husband's and they treat me with respect and kindness. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I got an inspection and tire pressure check and fixed for free and then got a break fluid change. The price for the fluid change seemed like at higher end, I had a quote from another place slightly lower, but overall I was so pleased by their service that I didn't mind paying a bit more but working with them. Very friendly and professional. I don't know much about car, but I felt very comfortable about their assessment of my car and recommendation.

Had my oil changed here and they were fantastic. I appreciated their attention to all of the little details like checking on the lights, vacuuming the floor and offering to give me a ride in case I couldn't wait for the car. Their service was timely (under an hour) and they told me about little things that I need to fix in an informative, useful way. I would go back to have any work I needed on my car in a heartbeat. Awesome, kind, well-done work!
