I recently had my vehicle emissions tested at Butler Automotive. I was very impressed with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, and they were able to get my car in and out quickly. I was also very pleased with the price of the service. I will definitely be returning to Butler Automotive for all of my future emissions testing needs.

I was very skeptical about using this place because Ive had horrible experiences with other places in the past but honestly from the second Tom answered the phone I knew this place was the right place, not only is their customer service amazing but their communication is outstanding! I had a good bit of work on my SUV and not only was the price reasonable but the turnaround time compared to other places was phenomenal. They had my girl fixed up in about 24 hours. I cant recommend this place enough! They are all around amazing and Ill definitely be back if needed.

Miko got our 1989 VW Cabriolet in for repairs to get the car running properly. I could not find any other shops in the area to even work on it due to the age of the car and it not being an air cooled VW. They got it running great and my wife is thrilled to be able to cruise with here cabby. Thank you!

As we all know, life will trip you up sometimes and if nothing else, you're semi prepared for the unexpected. So when I called this establishment, Tom answered the phone, asked what happened and I dont know if he heard it in my voice but I said my car is smoking and he said I could bring my car in right away. When I arrived, he greeted me, took a look see and before I left the parking lot; a technician was already taking my car back for diag. Cameron took me back to work as a courtesy and Ashton later calls and gives me a breakdown of what happened. Once he explained and threw in a joke or two, I was immediately relieved. I mean talk about taking the worry out of a situation, making sure I wasnt stranded and was able to get my car back within HOURS!!. Now I know my repair was on the simpler side of most but when your car is smoking, it easily couldve became the worse. I am highly thankful and appreciative of their customer service and getting this done so so quickly! You guys are rock stars and thank you again from the bottom of my heart!!!!!

2022-11: My family has been using Butler Automotive for 10 years. Multiple cars, multiple issues or just maintenance. They've always been professional and accommodating with no surprises anywhere along the process. We'll continue to bring our vehicles here as long as the standard they set for themselves a decade ago holds strong. I'm not worried.

I have been using Butler in Evans for the past couple of years and have been very pleased with their service. Most recently, my wifes car was having brake issues. We had just had Butler service then about a year before with new pads and new rotors. Took it back to them and they really stood behind their work. No charge for the parts or service. They even recognized that a tire was out of balance during the test drive and corrected that issue as well free of charge.
P.S. never buy an Acadia, you less you want to spend a bunch of time at Butler!

I recently had my car repaired at a Butler Automotive in Evans. I was very impressed by their quick service with getting my car back to me. I was told by the dealership and CARMAX that it would be 2+ weeks for them to even look at my vehicle. The entire staff was awesome, especially Tom. He kept me informed and updated On the repairs and cost the entire time my car was with them. Highly recommend.

Taken my car to this shop (and downtown location) multiple times, good work is done at this shop.
Evans location is a little more pushy about doing work that doesn't really *need* to be done right now, but thats a location thing. Always get a second opinion if you are unsure, these guys are still great

It is now going on nine years as a client and on each occasion visited, they were efficient, courteous personnel on duty. Today, March 2023, we still hold our 5 star view of Butler Automotive. Two years after the pandemic has not affected the quality of their customer service, and they continue to offer reasonable prices for exceptional work. They are more than capable of working on most of the current models on the market, including E-V models. Regardless of the brand type, it is still important to call and describe the problem with your electric vehicle. We have recently changed cars and we will continue to have Butler service our cars.

I called with a concern regarding my alternator. I fit a quote from a dealership and the quote was outrageous! I called Butler and Tom felt it was actually the battery. He worked me in, checked both the battery and alternator and it was in a fact the battery. They were able to take care of it that day and fast! I certainly will be going back!

Out of towners and in a jam. Late in the afternoon high squeaky noise coming from our brakes. Called Butler, they said come right over. Short time later, said all is fine. Rock stuck in the wheel, be on your way, have a good trip. They were so kind and helpful. Wish we lived in Augusta and could use them all the time!

I initially advised my office manager to use another shop that I have used in the past to repair her defective blower motor. Her initial quote from that shop was over $1100 with a 2 day turn around. We called Butler, Kenny was more than willing to discuss her issues.. We took her car at noon. The work was completed by 4pm. At a savings of $700 off the other shops quote.. Not only has Butler Automotive gained a repeat customer. I also will be using them in the future for all my family's automotive needs

Brought my 4Runner to Butler on Washington. I needed an alignment, but I also had a wobble that turned out to be warped rotors. The alignment they had to do in the shop but the rotors I could change at home. They told me what the problem I was having was without extra charge. The shop personnel were very friendly, and they were straight up with me. Definitely an honest shop from all my interaction. These guys will be my go to for my auto work for now on.

Went here for service on my mustang. Took to two other places first and they could not figure out what was wrong with it because no lights were on. In and out in less then a day and I mustang does not smell like burning oil anymore and is not smoking. Thanks for being a good out of town mechanic that I needed!!

I have taken all my cars here several times in the past. One of my cars was literally on its last leg and the guy working on it flat out told me it wouldn't be worth fixing everything that was wrong with the car because it was so old and the cost of repair was almost triple what it was worth. That kind of honesty you can't find everywhere. A lot of places would have taken my money kept me coming back. By far the best place I have ever been.

I went in yesterday to have my rotors and brakes replaced. The staff was very hospitable and friendly! The price was very affordable and Brent (I hope that's his name), tried to get my total price as close to my estimate cost! That was greatly appreciated. I was in and out in less than 2 hours! Thank you guys and I will be bringing car here from now on!

Stopped in on the way home to ask about a wheel alignment. Was told I could get in first thing in the morning. Returned in the morning and as promised was immediately helped. Estimate was that it would take about an hour and in 50 minutes the work was done. Data on before and after readings was provided. Price was very reasonable and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend! Great job, Butler Team and thanks very much! New tires and alignment make it feel like a new car!!!
