Our truck broke down in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night. I didn't know what to do and couldn't get my truck restarted. Thankfully Nonstops' emergency towing guy came fast. Really impressed with service compared to other companies I called. I heard from the driver personally before the lapsed 40 min standard estimate; he was there and had my car loaded in less than an hour from initial call. Cringed a little at the price but cheaper tow companies even coordinated through my insurance company cancelled on me without notice and left me stranded for hours. Definitely calling this place first if I need to again. Another perk-they didn't ask for a non-refundable deposit like another company tried to do, too.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Please don't use this towing company unless you want to wait for hours. Their final charge is much higher than their estimates. For a 3 mile tow, they charged $350! The driver would not lower my car unless I pay the much higher amount. Be careful, use them at your own risk. Service: Car towing

I was charged $140 for a 1/8 mile 5 minute tow including hookup and drop down, I will never recommend or use again this towing service company for gouging me. I even told the garage employee I had my car dropped off at and they laughed at how much I was charged and paid. So much for saying they're affordable and competitive pricing as they advertise on their website which is why I called and used them. Use a different tow company if you want to save some of that hard to come by and earned money in your wallet. Thumbs down for Non Stop Towing SF.

The one star goes to their timing. When I called I stated that I needed a tow to the Mission. When the guy got there I told him exactly where I was going in the Mission. He told me "no I'm towing you to our yard where we'll fix your car" I said I just spoke with someone and said I need my car towed to the Mission. I said call him. He told me to call so I did. I called 4 times and no one picked up this time.
The tow truck driver literally unhooked my car and drove off after waiting for him. Plus I would obviously have called someone else if they told me they were only towing to their yard. A complete scam.

I wish I could give zero stars. Don't use this company. Called for a battery replacement and the guy they sent out clearly didn't know what he was doing. Once he finally got the new battery in, he got the cables backwards, scorched my new battery, and blew two fuse's in my car. We told him to take the battery with him and leave but the supervisor pleaded with us on the phone that we wait for someone else to come out. Supervisor also told us we would be given a discount but I haven't received one.
The guy is lucky the battery didn't blow up. It took over two hours and two associates to change my battery. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I can't put my car into drive and they are doing nothing about it. I've called every day since the incident and they simply don't care. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this company.

I barely leave reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! They quote me one thing over the phone and then the driver tells me a crazy amount $140 for half a mile! And that's cutting me a deal he says! Besides his attitude and treating me like I was an absolute idiot, telling me it was my battery when I know it's not and he proves himself wrong when my car still won't start after he jumps it. Won't listen to me, is rude to my roommate.
Then after we disagree he leaves and they still charge me a $49 cancellation fee which was not discussed over the phone and they say was! I call them and they give me the run around and are rude and saying he said we cancelled it because the neighbors car was in the way which was not the case! This place is an absolute scam.

Car was picked up at 10am close to Cow Palace. Took yhe driver about 2 hours to get to a Burlingame dealership. I arrived in 20 mins on my own. End up missing my appointment. No refund no discount for the headache.

We all know how annoying it is when you run out of gas. I was heading to the office one morning and realized Id forgotten to fill the tank up the night before and I ended up in the middle of Mission District with no juice in my car. A friend had recommended NonStop Towing, and I decided to give them a shot! Im glad I did too. They showed up fast, charged a really reasonable rate and filled my tank up in a real hurry. I was on my way in next to no time and even got to work without missing a single minute too.
