This is a family owned business. I appreciated the excellent service in fixing up our 2011 Dodge Ram. Noe was very kind and personable. Normally, companies are concerned with only turning a profit. Noe was equally concerned at doing a thorough job and making sure that he went the extra step and even noticed our squeaky door and took care of it, at no extra cost. I'd give 10 stars to this company if possible. I'll be sure to use this company for all of my vehicle's needs as well as referring them to all family and friends.

I typically do oil changes myself but I was in a hurry because of an upcoming trip so I stopped here. I was charged $100 for an oil change. And that seems extremely high for me. Seeing as when I do it myself it cost me around $50-$60. Great guys and they know what they are talking about but that's just an unbelievable price.

Yesterday, I walk out to my car, and notice a puddle of fluid under my car, just thinking it was "condensation" from ac. Started car(NissanPathfinder), put into reverse, and car did not move, it just seemed to roll. Caught me a bit off guard, put car in park, then back into reverse, the same thing happened, so I knew I had a transmission problem-oh sh.$$$$$ that's all i thought. Got a tow from State Farm, had used I am Mechanics once before (cannot remember), called the guy, he advised me Not to attempt to put in trans fluid, if it's wrong kind, can really damage tranny. Got there(4:30ish), told me they could look at it in morning-got a call at 11:00, scared, wondering how i could afford a major repair-guy called Noey said it was a burst hose, lost all the fluid, the repair and cleanup less i ever imagined- what a great place, picked up at 4:30, less than 24 hours, about 4 times less than i was prepared to pay-Honest, Decent, Reliable. BTW, my pathfinder an "05" I will recommend these guys to anyone who wants an honest, reliable, decent mechanic

This is the best shop in town. They don't mess around here. I've almost always had same day service. The service all my family's cars. Not only they tell you what they fixed but also how so you know ur not getting ripped off like other shops. I've been in Vegas since 03 and this is the most reliable shop I have ever been to.

Needed a car repair that the nearby Toyota service center quoted over $1,700 for, but we brought in a replacement engine water pump for our 2012 Toyota Prius to I Am Mechanic and they were nothing but welcoming, charming, and honest. They gave us a price that was previously unimaginable (that could NOT be beat) for the work that had to be done and they had our car ready the very next morning. I Am Mechanic has great prices, are very knowledgeable about what needs to be done, and did an awesome repair job. Highly recommend. :)

Went in for a checkup and oil change and the man said I needed $607 in work done to my transmission. It seemed over the top so I called a few other places around town: $260 for the transmission flush. Not only did he try to charge me for excess quarts of cvt fluid but also a pan gasket change that did not need to be done. I went to auto-nation and they did everything great for me!

This is an honest mechanic shop! Go to them! I drove from my home in Simi Valley, California to Las Vegas, 45 minutes before Las Vegas I noticed smoke coming out of the back of my car when I accelerated. Concerned I need major engine work, I limped into town and called approx 10 garages. One mechanic told me it would cost thousands, I would need to leave a $2000.00 deposit and leave my car for two weeks.
Another told me it was going to be expensive. They had not even looked at it. I got a good feeling from I Mechanics, took it in and was told a loose plastic flap under my car was rubbing on my tire! I'm a woman alone and out of state. I paid a small fee for the repair and was on my way. These gentlemen are professional and honest and really saved my trip. THANKS GUYS!

I've gone to them several times for different issues with different vehicles. I dropped my car off for a fuel pump replacement. Not only did they replace it (what I paid for) they fixed my gas door. For whatever reason it no longer closed and I didn't notice they fixed it until I went to fill up the tank. Thank you all so much. I've recommended them several times and I will always trust them with my cars.

I was passing through Vegas pulling a travel trailer in 115 degree summer for summer vacation. Our truck was acting funny and took it to them for their good reviews online. Although an inconvenience, they took the time to help me work through the issue and get back on the road, saving our family vacation and helping me feel A LOT better. I would have paid whatever they charged, but they didn't take advantage of me- I'm really grateful. NIce to know there are honest mechanics out there looking to help people.

I rarely put Yelp reviews, but these guys are really awesome people. I had a brake light out. I made an appointment same day. They took me in promptly once I arrived. They replaced the burnt brake light and some other light which was burnt that I didn't know about. They were extremely fair and accommodating. I'm so glad to find a great mechanic in town. Thank you!

My visit was perfectly seamless! I called on Friday evening and scheduled my appointment for Monday morning. I rolled up and was greeted by Noe, and awaited for his diagnosis. After about 20 minutes of watching the news on their flat screen TV, he provided me with a diagnosis and repair strategy. He stated nothing was urgent but moreso, a preventive measure. He gave me the price of the parts and labor, and estimated the parts would arrive in one hour. Therefore, I paid for the parts and went to run some errands.
I returned in an hour and he was ready to work on my car. I delightfully took the five minute walk over to Pots and had some amazing lunch. By the time I was done eating, and walked back, my car was ready, and was no longer making strange noises. Thanks Noe and I Am Mechanics for your honesty, fair prices and quick service! I truly appreciate it and will definitely return!

Very friendly and very efficient. I was having issues with my Ford f150 starting and was told it could be the battery even though I replaced it not too long ago. The guys here were friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. They found out my issue. Worked with me. And got it fixed before I had to work. They're honest and honestly, I recommend them 100 fold.

As a women, I have been taken advantage of by many mechanic businesses to the point that I don't trust even my Hyundai dealership. Until I found I am Mechanic, the staff there are honest and trustworthy. They take the time to explain what's wrong, show me and even ask my advice on the parts I want. They have me involved and I feel confident in everything they suggest. These guys are great! I was in Las Vegas passing through on my way back to Texas and I had an issue with my car. I was freaking out and I just happened to find these guys. And am I glad I did! Our mechanic after 9 years left Vegas! After some research, we decided to give this shop a chance. Our battery alternator came on so we didn't know if it was the idiot light or the alternator. We also asked them to check the brakes! Noe explained how he would check the car and said he would call us in a few hours! He called a lot sooner than we thought and explained what we needed. He was so thorough and honest with us, we told him t go ahead with the alternator and brakes. Yep, he owned our trust! Then Tony called us to tell us the car was ready. No change in the price! Caring, professional and honest guys! Give them a chance! You won't be sorry! They are our new mechanics!

I'm very glad I went to "I am Mechanics", My Air Conditioning in my car went out on me and the summer barely started. So i called and a gentleman by the name of "Noe" told me that they work on A/C and asked me to come in for an inspection. So i brought my car in for an inspection and he actually took the time to inspect my A/C and pointed out the problem within minutes and I didn't need to get a new compressor because he instantly knew what the issue was.
That impressed me because most mechanics aren't as honest and will try to up sell you extra things you don't need. He had another customer waiting in the waiting room and had nothing but good things to say about Noe, from now on this is my go to spot because I need someone I can trust when it comes to my auto. He knows his cars very well and his team members are very hard workers.

Fixed the AC in my 2013 Subaru Impreza! Was pretty sure I just blew a seal on my air conditioning system after it stopped working a few weeks back. They ran diagnostics and confirmed my suspicion. I had my vehicle back the next day and the AC is blowing super cold again. Friendly service, good prices, and I'll definitely use them again for my next auto service needs.

I went to I am mechanics on August 4, 2014 thinking that I needed a new starter. The owner Tony kindly told me that until he did a diagnostics he wouldn't know for sure and I might not need a new starter I thought that was a good idea he said he would apply the cost of the diagnostics towards the new starter or we would find out what it needs and go from there. Turns out it just needed a new battery!
I got an oil change and even though it was Saturday and he closed it 2 PM he stayed open and repaired my vehicle for me and stayed late to do it. I left a happy customer but realized about five hours later that I had left my mini iPad sitting in the waiting room. I sent a message via Facebook because I knew he was closed for the weekend and said I would pick it up on Monday. Sure enough it was waiting for me when I arrived on my way to work that Monday.
So I am thrilled to have found such a nice group of talented mechanics that are honest and sweet. I'm a long time resident of Las Vegas and can honestly say I have found my mechanics for as long as live here in Las Vegas!

These guys did a great job on my wife's car recently. Her car is out of warranty and if I took it to the dealer for some work, I know I would have been gouged. Instead, I took it to these guys and they were great. They were fast, inexpensive, and even stayed open a little longer than business hours so I could pick up her car, after running late from an appointment. There's a lot of garages in Las Vegas that people complain about the price, work, etc. NOT these guys. They are awesome!

It's hard to find a good honest mechanic theses days. This shop went above and beyond to make sure the service they provided was 100% spot on and fixed the problem. Honest & friendly service and reasonable price for a quality mechanic shop. Brought my truck in for a drive shaft seal replacement, they found the real problem being the bushing and combined all the labor for the seal, bushing and mount instead of charging me individually. I wanted to WAIT before giving a review. Sometime glowing reviews brings out my skepticism. It's been 2 months since I AM Mechanics fixed my AC in my 2004 truck. And boy, am I loving my cool air in the triple digit heat! Fast and reasonable priced. No need to go anywhere else.

Noe and his guys are great. They saved me time and money. Another shop told me I had 3 cracked belts so I went to I Am Mechanics for a second opinion. Turned out I only needed to replace one belt. I also had my brake pads replaced and very reasonably priced and fast. These guys are honest and have superior customer service.

I have been here twice. 1st time on a Saturday. They were busy and took me anyway. Fast efficient and affordable. As affordable as car repair is. The 2nd time, again they took me right in. Fast delivery of the part and I was out of there in no time. I've had no problem at all from those repairs. Excellent service. I'd recommend them to a friend.
