DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! The rep on the phone told me the price was $35 to $85, maximum. This was to change a flat tire, it takes 5 minutes. She said it was going to be 10 minutes until they got there. I had to keep calling back through the 2 hours I waited because I had no idea where they were. The tow company shows up and it has a completely different name than who I called, and he charges me $140.

He also said that he just got the call 1/2 hour beforehand. Because it was sketchy and he was asking for my card when I already paid her on the phone, I called her and asked her what was going on, and she said, "Oh, yeah. Taxes." Taxes would never equate to $140 for a tow. I told her that. I told her that if I were the company, I'd pay for the "taxes" because she straight out lied to me twice.

At this point, I was livid and yelling at her, which I'm not proud of, but I missed an important meeting because of the flat and thinking it'd be done in 20 minutes. My whole day got delayed and I had to delay a major project. So, if I could give it negative stars I would. Be honest, be credible, and have integrity.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY on this sketchy company. Yes, your first red flag should've been they don't use their actual name for this page. The lady lied to me and said it would cost $35-$85 to change a flat, which takes, at most, 10mins. She also said he'd be there in 10 minutes. I had to call her repeatedly throughout the two hours because they don't communicate to you at all.

I must've been their only customer because every time I called she knew who I was or, more realistically, didn't care and was just saying "they'll be there in 10 minutes" every time I called. The guy gets there from a different company, asks for my ID and CC, tries to charge me $140, and tells me he just got the call 1/2 hour prior.

I called the company because this was sketchy and I thought he was maybe looking for someone else. She said, "Oh, yeah, taxes". $60 for taxes?!? Who are you, DoorDash?! And $140 to change a flat?! The guy's boss also said that the woman told her the range is $85-$140. Save yourself the stress, headache, and frustration, and go somewhere else.

The driver arrived about 5 minutes early. He was wearing a mask, he was dressed very neat and clean. He was courteous and extremely helpful. As young as he was I did not really expect him to be totally professional. But he was! This is definitely the tow company I will call again if I need a tow. Service: Car towing

I called for a tow. They told me the driver would call me when he was on the way. And there would be a $50 charge if I cancel. I already thought the $350 charges to tow me 3 miles was outrageous but i felt I had no choice. I was able to get a tow for cheaper. So I called back to cancel 30 minutes later. The person on the phone then told me they would charge $175 dollars! Thanks for honoring the $50, but wasn't a good experience overall

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Outsourced their tow service to Muniz towing and it took over an hour and a half for tow to come when the agent said 35-45 minutes. I would have called somewhere else if I knew she was lying. Also she told me it would be now more than $135 and it was $145. Services: Local haulage, Car towing

After a long and stressful day I was just so excited to leave work. Once I put my key in the ignition the worst thing that could happen happened. My car wouldn't start. I was panicking! This has never happened to me before and I'm not a AAA member so I was freaking out. Finally after browsing the web I decided to call Giants Towing In about 20 minutes they sent out a very friendly road assistance guy who literally got my car up and running in about 5 minutes. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely be using these guys again.
