NOTE: THIS IS NOT A BRICK AND MORTAR, they're a mobile service and come to you. I called and said I needed to get my Rogue's windshield replaced ASAP, they sent someone out in less than 2 hours and I got a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to them showing up. The process took less than an hour. Glass Genie's price was cheaper than the place my insurance company (who didn't cover this) recommended. Would definitely recommend them! I was looking to get my windshield repaired quickly. I called several places and got quotes. But they all said it would be several days before they could work on it. Glass Genie said they could come the same day. It was a father and son team that came out. I even told them the wrong windshield. They left and got the correct one and came back an hour later. Same day service for the same price or better than other places I called. I was very impressed!

The fella that came out to do my window today was great! He came all the way out to my school because there was covered parking to do the repair, he was on time- literally on the dot, and payment was easy. No one like replacing a window that someone shattered when they broke into your car, and the cost of replacement usually adds insult to injury, but I don't mind paying for good service. Thank you!

They took my information and showed up at my work within the time they estimated. They explained what I can and cannot do with 48 hours. Payment was easy and I hope I don't have to use them again; however if I have another issue with falling branches, I will use Glass Genie.

Danny the receptionist is very friendly and professional. They charged what I felt and know to be the best rate compared to other companies around town. The installer was very accommodating and even met me at my house instead of at works, which added an addition 15 minutes to his commute when he knew meeting me at work would hold me up from being able to go home on time. So I came from California and my front wind shield was broken when I arrived. I didn't realize that my windshield was completely broken so I called Glass Genie and they were most friendliest courteous and respectful businesses I've seen in a long time. I really appreciated calling them and him fixing my window even on Thanksgiving wow! I couldn't believe the place was open on a holiday. Glass Genie seriously saved our family road trip! Huge truck kicked up a rock into our windshield. We thought we would be able to make it to our destination until it started to spread. Luckily Glass Genie was close and thankfully open. We were in and out and back on the road pretty quickly. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have eve had replacing a windshield. DO NOT USE this service if you have a luxury vehicle because they will not seal your windshield correctly. They literally replaced my windshield 3 times and never fixed it correctly and it still leaked air. the owner (indian fellow)finally stopped returning my phone calls because he could not replace my luxury vehicle's windshield.

So my car got broken into on Monday. I called them in the morning, and he quoted me a reasonable price (I shopped around, and he matched the lowest price I found elsewhere). Especially because the lowest price I found was for used replacement window, and he was installing a new one. He even called to check if my glass was dark or clear, because he wanted it to match. He had already gotten clear glass and went back to get glass that matched, because he wanted to do it right. Super friendly and convenient! How do you beat your car repairman coming to you? He came to me, at the time he said he would, and did an excellent job. I highly reccomend Glass Genie.

My car is pushing eight years old, and while it's been very well-cared for, parts of it still fail. So, while driving on some AWESOME East Dallas street, with my car twisting and bouncing, a crack appeared at the bottom of the windshield. Fast forward a week, and with a combination of more Dallas streets, some crazy temperatures (I think that contributed), and probably just age, I had a crazy twisting crack halfway up my windshield that I didn't want to get on the highway with.

So I called around and mostly get quotes in the $250 - $300 range. Glass Genie told me $195, and they'd come to ME. AND, they were mostly ON TIME. And the guy was nice and friendly and agreeable. And the work was quick, and looks fantastic. Seriously, I don't think my windshield was so clear when it was driven of the floor of the show room it as in. It actually looks like the OEM windshield. I'm fooled enough to believe that it is. And that's good enough work for me.
