Had to transport a wrecked vehicle from Bolingbrook to Naperville. A rep reached out to me immediately after my internet inquiry and got me set up with a scheduled towing. The rep who would be helping me actually arrived about 20 minutes early and had no trouble waiting for me to arrive. It was a smooth towing from Bolingbrook to Naperville and was hassle free process for payment. Would highly recommend.

My Son's battery went out, and wouldn't accept a jump or charge. Called Cody and couldn't be happier with the convenience and reasonable rates for a brand new battery, installed on site. Don't stress out and make the call. If only all service could be this simple and efficient. Highly recommended. Thank you, Cody. Service: Battery

We got in the car to get groceries and the car wouldn't start; dead battery. We didn't know what to, and I started to worry about making it to my early morning appointment the next day. We called Cory (after finding him on google) and a couple of hours later he was there, putting in a new battery and the car was fine. He was very upfront about the total cost, absolutely no hidden fees etc. He literally saved the day and I got to my appointment in the morning. I 100% recommend calling if you need help quick and like me, don't know how to do these things yourself. Thanks, Cory!

Best towing service in Naperville and throughout Chicagoland as far as I'm concerned. I thought I locked my keys in the car but after getting my car unlocked we couldn't find them. So because they felt my pain they gave me a discount on the towing service to a local Naperville dealership so I could get a new key made, programmed, etc. On point customer service, they care about customers not just money.

My car battery was dead this morning. I'd already jumped it twice. Time for a new battery. I contacted this company via the SMS option on their website. Corey responded wiithin minutes. He was friendly and informative. I wasn't in a hurry to get a new battery but he said they could do it within two hours. He came to my house, removed the old battery and installed the new one quickly. He also explained everything thoroughly and taught me quite a bit about car batteries. It was a great experience. I highly recommend this company. They apparently have four locations throughout the Chicagoland area so they are able to cover a lot of territory.

Tow Recover Assist replaced our battery within an hour of calling. They were extremely cooperative reaching our location, which was downtown in a crowded parking garage. The replacement was finished in a few minutes and we were able to drive the seven hours back home. Without their services we would have been stranded. I highly recommend this company to anyone with car trouble in Chicago. They were everyone we spoke to was very polite and informative, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the short notice.

My car battery was so completely dead that jumping did not work. I also did not want to tow it to a garage and needed to drive the next day. I looked online to find a mobile service and came across the company. I called in the evening on a Thursday, and they answered right away. Although they seemed willing to come out that night, I asked that they come the next morning. Once they arrived, Corey had the battery replaced and the car started in less than 20 minutes.
Very reasonably priced, and great, professional, and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this company and have saved their number to my contacts for the next time one of my kids leaves a light on in the car and completely drains the battery.

Was on the expressway after work trying to make it to the gas station because I was on E. Right before my exit I ran out of gas on the side of the expressway. I googled road side assistance companies & came across towing recovery rebuilding assistance service. The guy on the phone told me they charge $95 to come out. I told him I didn't have that much on me & was about to hang up when he offered a solution.
He sent someone to help me for free. They arrived in minutes and gave me 2 gallons of gas which was plenty to get me safely to the gas station. They could of charged me but he decided to help me out when I was desperate. They officially have a customer for life!!!!

Corey was great I locked my keys in my car, gave a few tow truck companies a call which was a no go with outrageous prices. Corey was great, prices were great as well. Gave me a rate that was significantly cheaper than the competitors. He came in literally 20 mins and I was still able to make it to my appointment in time without being late! 5 stars for sure.

I just had the unfortunate pleasure of needing to use this towing company. They were extremely fast, very courteous as well. They also beat everyone else's price on getting my locked keys from my car. I would highly recommend them, especially for his quickly they were out. They were also upfront about costs of getting my car unlocked. And judging by the owners enthusiasm, I would also use them for Towing. I am definitely going to recommend them to all my friends. They definitely take care of their customers. Cory is top notch in my book.

Needed a tow in the Naperville Aurora area over by the Fox valley mall. Found Tow Recover Assist on Google and was more than happy. They beat all the other quotes I got by at least $25 and they had me hooked and loaded on the tow truck within 35 minutes. From the dispatcher in the office to the tow truck driver that towed my car. Hands down an all around as good as it can get in a bad situation great service. Thanks guys!

Corey... is my hero. I came to work this morning and had a flat tire. I had several co-workers try to get my tire off without success. He came and in 5 minutes he had it off and put my spare on. I have to be an important meeting at 5. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Simply called for a price on a tow from another (outrageously priced) shop to bring my car to my mechanic or home. Told Mr Corey the story and he told me they have a repair shop on site. He managed to beat my mechanics price (a guy I have known over 10 yrs) and the first shop I took my baby to (only because it was the only option at the time). Great work. Thorough communication. Great results. Beat the other garage at almost half price! Can't be beat!!!
