This place is fair and will be honest on what you need! I would give them a chance! They are busy at times but usually get the job done in a fast way unless the parts are delayed. COVID really hurt all business in the whole USA. Excellent service. Awesome customer service. Sheri is awesome. I had a power steering pump replaced on my Honda Accord. Done in 2 hours. Great price. I've finally found a great auto shop after a couple of horrible experiences at a couple of other places. Highly recommend!

I called them this morning needing a battery replacement. Luckily I was at my house, so I told them there was no rush. They got to me around 6 pm and replaced the battery in about 10 minutes. Kept me in the loop during the day. Solid communication. Will absolutely use them again if necessary. Service: Battery

Been hearing a rattling sound coming from my car for months. Called Last Chance Auto Repair (better late than never) to schedule an appointment. On arrival the staff listened to what I had to say, gave me some input about what was going on and then let me know within the hour the diagnosis, options, numbers and turn around time. Turned out that the pucks inside my catalytic converter had failed which was causing this rattling noise. Upset yes, catalytic converter replacement isn't cheap.
On the other hand, I was so happy to hear that they were actually covered through a manufacture warranty due to known issues. They went out of their way and worked things out with the local Acura dealership, replaced my catalytic converters for FREE and the only charge was the diagnostic fee. I couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely be back for any and all of my service needs.

My Honda's catalytic converter failed according to the local Honda dealership and they wanted way too much money which I simply couldn't pay. I found Last Chance Auto Repair in Plainfield searching the internet for affordable catalytic converter replacement near me and I am extremely happy that I did. From the initial phone conversation, quote & options, to the drop off, communication & friendliness all the way around. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the over $1000 dollars that they saved me on my catalytic converter and oxygen sensors. Thanks again!

I had to have my car towed so I got Mike and he was so nice he checked the alternator too it was actually both were on the way out so they were willing to work qith me on price. not cheep but not to expensive. they do the work they say they will do and won't so anything until you say so! Get what you pay for! they will be honest what needs and what can wait to be done. Thanks guys for the wonderful work you do!

Brought my newly purchased used 2008 Acura MDX for a tune-up last week to make sure everything was up to par and once again, Cory came thru and addressed all the issues. Best thing about the service here is that he'll sit down with you and go over the invoice line by line so you understand everything. Another plus: he'll beat any brake job quote!

Last Chance Auto is very accommodating and understands your needs. I had my SUV towed to their location and they called me right away to let me know that they had my car and to find out what was wrong with it. They kept in communication with me throughout the day and even helped me with coupons to reduce the financially stress. This is the first time I used them and they seem very fairly priced.

I took my 2007 Nissan Altima to have my brakes fixed. Thought it might be a CV joint turned out to need new bearings and rotors. Price was what I had expected. The service though was excellent. I've had some clunker cars in the past and dealt with repair shops a lot. I've had places that have swindled me and made me feel stupid and I've had decent little shops that treat me like I'm a normal human being.
I've finally found my auto repair go to place they treated me like a normal person not some dumb woman that doesn't know anything about cars. They filled my tires and topped all my fluids which I didn't expect. These are guys that like to work on cars. They're not out to swindle and tell you all the things you should have done. They tell you what needs to be done and what you might need down the road.

I was moving in 3 days and my car was breaking down. I called them an hour before they closed. They agreed to meet me and when I got there test drive my car and diagnosed it. This is my new go to auto repair shop near me. Knowledgeable and and very friendly staff. I had a misfire issue due to my spark plugs being way overdue for replacement. Replacing the plugs made a huge difference but unfortunately the misfire was still there. They explained to me since I took forever to change my plugs carbon built up on the piston rings which was causing the problem. So they offered me a fuel system cleaning service which rectified the issue and also increased my fuel economy. Thanks for the help and education!
