This place is amazing I give them 10 stars if I could. When my alternator went out as I got towed there made me feel welcome after a stressful event with my car. They went above and beyond for me Cody and Stephen are amazing what they do. I am so thankful for them. I will be a returning customer for sure. Keep up the great work guys

They are awesome, David, Eric, and the crew. They are genuinely great people. I had just gotten repairs done at a shop in Castle Rock. I was driving from Castle Rock to Leadville. All of a sudden on 470 I hear this noise coming from my brakes. By the time I pulled off on Kipling the noise was extremely loud. I pulled in to a parking lot thinking my trip was over, almost 5pm on a Friday, who is going to be able to do anything.

So frustrated, I hear this guy say I heard you pulling in, mind if I take a look. He noticed something was scraping along my rotor. He said he works at a shop across the street and to follow him. They got me in right away, and 10 minutes later problem was fixed. I couldn't believe it. No one has ever done anything like this for me. So instead of my trip being over and looking to get my car towed somewhere, I was back on the road In no time and had a great week. I have never dealt with a mechanic or shop like this. Wow. I would strongly recommend them and will drive out of the way to see them for any future repairs.

All I can say is WOW! I'm so incredibly impressed with Eagle Automotive. Their ownership, customer service, HONESTY, integrity, and all star service exceeded my expectations! I heard about them through an amazing local church (Redemption Hills Church) because they fixed up a vehicle, gave it to the church, the church raffled it off and gave the funds to ShesCHERIshed, a local domestic violence nonprofit.

Domestic violence was Eagle Automotive's charity 'cause' of choice. Isn't that so amazing that they give back to their community! I'm the founder and executive of ShesCHERIshed, and couldn't believe an automotive shop would go above and beyond and care about our cause! I didn't know of Eagle Automotive before this, but they have gone above and beyond on another vehicle that I dropped off last week as well. They have earned my future business on all of my vehicles. I had gotten my Subaru towed to this shop via AAA two times for the same issue. the second time, they diagnosed my problem and proceeded to quote me 1300 to resolve my issue. Uncomfortable with that price, I explored my options and found a certified subaru repair shop willing to do the same job with certified parts plus additional testing on systems that could be effected by my issue for $650 out the door. The gentlemen in the office are nice but they are not in the business of charging you honestly for the work needed.

I've brought my vehicles to the Ken Caryl location of Eagle Automotive for several years now - 9, I think. Each and every time, regardless of employee turnover, I receive excellent service. Several times, with me and other customers, they have spent time looking for ways that the customer wouldn't have to pay EVEN WHEN IT MEANT EAGLE WOULD BE MAKING NOTHING off the repairs. I absolutely trust them to not overcharge or do unnecessary work, and I trust the quality of their work. I also find their employees to be friendly and funny. Great attitudes.

Ask shop to replace struts and rear shocks on my Cruze. The manager sold me on replacing spring as well as struts. Talked a good game so I agreed. Bad choice. Anyway, after work was completed I noticed the front of the car was lower than original. I pointed this out to the manager but was told strut and spring was correct per their information. I said it was unsatisfactory. I wanted the front end to have the proper clearance.

I was then informed that the strut/spring was pre assembled unit. A real shortcut for replacement purposes rather than original equipment. After several unsatisfying conversations I took my car to a dealership to replace the work that Eagle had done. Was told there was no need for spring replacement for strut replacement - what? I was sold a bill of unnecessary goods that didn't work. End result - car is back to original specs, no thanks to Eagle. They will not have my future business.

Went to Eagle Automotive for a really long time, I don't know if they had a change in staff or what happened but recently our quotes seemed overpriced and we had to return With our car so they could make adjustments after repairs had occurred.

I went to the new Wheat Ridge location for my dashboard lights being on, Scott and Dan did a great job of explaining to me the issue with the vehicle and explaining what would need to happen. They did well getting my car in and the work completed. The waiting area was cleaned and the customer service was excellent. I needed to replace my battery and was referred to Eagle Automotive Service by a store manager of a popular auto parts chain. True skeptic that I am, I was immediately put at ease by their friendly staff and prompt service. After all my questions were answered regarding the battery replacement, I inquired about an oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised with the price quotes. After leaving my car, while waiting at home, I received status updates via text messages. Attached were photos of my tires' and undercarriage's conditions and recommended future service maintenance based upon my car's milage.

I called to discuss those recommendations and was assured that the services could wait until my next oil change. Although they seemed to be rather busy that morning, Eagle Automotive still performed all the services and came in 2 hours ahead of their estimated time of completion. Great job guys!

They checked out everything and helped me prioritize what was worth fixing if I decided to look for a new car vs extending the life of my car. Did not try to sell me on anything I didn't need and were not condescending, which often happens to single females. Also ordered me a lift to get back to work. First time going, will definitely go back.

I recently had them do some major work on my SUV. A few days later I had an issue. They took my vehicle back and found the issue and did the repair. They called me and kept me informed, then when the work was done I picked my car up and they didn't charge me. These guy's are great and can be trusted to get the job done and stand behind their work. Don't guess or take a chance on anyone else, USE EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR!

I made an appointment for diagnostics on a service engine light that another shop had repaired everything they could and the light was still on. When I took my vehicle in on Thursday at 7am they still didn't know what the problem was by Thursday night before closing. I understand there was extra time that needed to be spent, but I felt as if making an appointment didn't help to get my vehicle looked at in a timely manner.

On Friday they had to do more extensive and costly tests, which finally determined what the issue was, that did help me make a decision about what to do with my vehicle. The office team is friendly and helpful, just seemed very busy and not a lot of time for follow up calls and information about what is happening with the vehicle.

I was in Denver for just a few days at the beginning of a longer road trip and was having issues with my car. I let them know that I had a limited time before I had to leave town, and what the situation was. They inspected the car end-to-end for safety, since it's a new-to-me vehicle, and not only repaired the initial problem, but were able to take care of a couple of other safety issues that would have been an issue very soon.

They provided pictures in the report, went over everything with me, and got the work done quickly. It made my stay in Denver less stressful knowing it was being taken care of, and the remainder of my road trip far more fun and enjoyable as well without any further issues or concerns. They were professional, kind, and really wonderful to work with too! If I lived in the area, I'd be a repeat customer in a heart-beat. I'm certain my friends I was visiting will be using them in the future, if the need ever arises!

They texted me reminding me of my appointment. But as I was driveling to the location they cancelled for no good reason. They said someone didn't show up for work. But why did they remind me of the appointment if they were just going to cancel. Sounds like they are very unorganized. Not recommended

To me, customer service is just as important as the product. Fortunately, Brian Bates, the owner of Eagle Automotive Service feels the same way. He truly cares about his customers. Normally, they do a great job! But if anything goes wrong, if you have a complaint, Brian will do whatever he can to make it right. I have had my truck serviced by them for years, and I highly recommend them!

Eagle automotive is very thorough in their work. I got an oil change and I was surprised at the time and dedication put forth when working on your vehicle. They sent me their inspection findings. I feel these were very accurate and nothing was exaggerated or false just to get me back in the door. Honest auto repair shops are the best shops! STAY AWAY! I have recently moved into the Littleton area. I loved my previous mechanic and asked him how he decides to change out the transmission and brake fluid. He said he looks at the colors of the fluid (and that might not have been exactly what he said). Eagle said my brake fluid and transmission fluid both needed to be changed out. I thought I'd get a second opinion so I also went to Jeno's.

I didn't like the answer either one gave me for why it needed to be done. Thus, I decided it was worth it to drive the 30 minutes to Lakewood to go to the mechanic my parents trust; Sun Valley Automotive. When I started telling the super nice guy at Sun Valley that I was told I needed new brake fluid he smiled and said that there is no need to do that (and he gave me a reason). Then when I mentioned the transmission fluid he said he will have someone look at it. I got a phone call a few hours later saying we could wait another 10,000 miles to replace the transmission fluid. He said "go ahead and keep your money in your pocket." THANK YOU Sun Valley!

I had a fantastic experience with Scott and Marcia today. My husband and I dropped off both of our vehicles to get inspections and oil changes. The mechanics were able to get them both done in the same day. I loved the fact that we didn't have to sit and wait, Scott just scheduled an Uber! What a great idea! I feel the results of the needed repairs were honest and right on. I was also very pleased that while we were waiting. Marcia was on the phone and I have to say her customer service skills are on point! It's hard to find a trust worthy auto shop but finding one with great customer service unheard of. I will be back anytime my cars need service.

Hi for other viewers they are way too high and try to say there are things wrong with the car that there really are not wrong just to rack up your bill. Then they try to charge me $110.00 just for a estimate.

Beware of Rewards plan and Fake Reviews. Often time posting a 4 or 5 star review is part of the price for service. Shop does not stand behind service and adds unexpected charges at checkout.

We have brought multiple Mazda cars into Eagle for inspections, maintenance, and repair work. Each experience has been great! They don't recommend a bunch of unnecessary work, and they finish when they say they're going to finish. Their prices are competitive, and I have been consistently pleased with the quality of their work.

Just copying my own review from Google as I was very pleased with the service. Took one of our vans in to Eagle from our fleet for evaluation on some leaks and an overall tune-up. They were very responsive, finding a way to get the van immediately as we can't do our job without it. Their evaluation fee was reasonable and the evaluation was very thorough. The estimate we received was on-par and better priced for items that we have had done elsewhere.

We agreed to the work, which included a new head gasket, brakes, master cylinder, and other clean-up items and everything up to this point appears to be functioning as it should. Would definitely recommend and we will be using Eagle again.

Used Eagle before thought experience went well. When I went to eagle a second time to fix same issue on my car though, received a whole different experience. Was quoted an out the door price, but later found out they forgot to include some services charges. Also while doing research I found their price was substantionally higher for an after market part. When questioned about this I was met with a callous attitude. Picked up my car to take it elsewhere (for less $ with an OEM part) and was charged miscellaneous fees when I was told I wouldn't be charged these fees. Worked with Brian there and this is what I was told and I quote "its the nature of the beast".

I stopped by Eagle for a vehicle pre buy inspection, and it was very helpful. They found existing issues that needed to be addressed, and went a step further to offer advice on if I should buy the car when I asked them to shoot me straight. It's clearly not their job to try and persuade you one way or the other, but rather to report their findings. That's why I appreciated the open and honest opinion when I asked for it. They gained my trust that day, and helped me avoid a maintenance heavy car purchase. I will continue to visit Eagle for my current vehicle and for the one I end up buying!
