My 2020 Honda CRV was brand new with less than 8,000 miles on it and I was hit. M & L came recommended from my maintenance friend where I reside. I was hit Feb 2022 and unfortunately parts were on back order for weeks so I had to drive my vehicle until they were ready. Luckily I was able to. Parts were ordered and I was kept updated weekly on arrival ETA. I was extremely pleased with everyone I dealt with.
The owner himself called me once even with an update. Shannon the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She even drove me to get my car rental nearby Upon initial drop off. Miguel was my contact person and he was always helpful and considerate when I called or when he updated me. I was extremely pleased with everyone and the service. The guys in office were very friendly and always engaged in my conversation while waiting. I will 100% be recommending M & L auto collision with 5 stars. I can't say enough about M&L Body shop! The whole process was so easy. Having good insurance definitely helps the process. I have been in many accidents and usually use Caliber Collision in Norco. They have always don't fine but over the years has felt less friendly. M$L offer genuine quality customer service and that is worth its weight in gold theses days! They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and I'm very grateful for all their communication! I will bring my vehicles her from now one.

I'm so thrilled with my results from M & L Auto Collision. Their professionalism and customer service was exceptional. WOW, what an amazing experience. If you are considering getting your car repaired or upgraded anywhere else don't. M&L was amazing from the very beginning of the process to the last second. They handled even the rental! They were completely honest and did not cut any corners. The customer service from each person I worked with was more than above and beyond from Annette and Jim to Javier and the entire staff inside the office.
My car came out looking better than it did before the accident. I was so impressed with the work that I felt inclined to jump on here and write a review something I never do. M&L auto collision definitely gained a customer for any future repairs ill ever need. If you are doing your research on where to get your car repaired or worked on just stop and go to M&L Auto.

Excellent Customer Service from the owner Bill as well as Tim, who I believe runs the parts department and initially assisted me to set up an appointment. Had some minor scratches that were treated by Jose and they are no longer visible. I had tried various products myself to get them rubbed out and was not successful at all. Jose, the Detailer, very skilled and nice person and he knows his craft! I highly recommend M & L Auto Collision.

After spending 23 yrs all over the US and Europe in the military I must say that we haven't found a more honest trustworthy dependable caring knowledgeable family owned automotive collision repair center. Having been a prior client living in Norco we now live in San Diego we were hit from behind and insisted on bring our 2016 Honda Cove Touring all the way up to Norco to M&L for repairs. I was involved in a hit and run accident. The person backed into the front end of my car. M &L Auto Collision took care of my car in 3 days! They not only did an excellent repair job, but they helped with my rental car, kept me updated on my repairs, and Javier even waited an extra 15 minutes for me after closing ( I hit traffic on the freeway) so that I could pick up my vehicle! They followed up with a nice letter afterward as well! Would def recommend and use this company again!

I got rear ended in my 2020 Jetta GLI, and I was concerned about finding the right shop to paint match my car. I looked online and found M&L auto collision (VW certified) I show up and they instantly began treating me like family. From the day that I dropped my car off they kept kept me updated every step of the way. They worked hard to find me my OEM bumper (only two in stock in the US) and they somehow managed to get me one. They paint matched my bumper just perfect and can't even tell. I was able to work with Nate and bill and they were amazing. Highly recommend this place.

I approached M & L with a new spoiler I needed to be painted for my car a little while ago. They quoted me a reasonable price and time frame so I made a trip down to their shop. I was rear-ended back in February. I live in San Diego, but I decided to come to M & L for repairs because my parents have had positive experiences here. I am very happy I did so. The owners are GREAT and the staff is very professional and communicative. Javier was super helpful throughout the entire process. Nate as well! Overall, I am blown away by how quickly my car was repaired. I was expecting at least a few weeks, but it took less than 5 days. My bumper is as good as new-- you couldn't even tell I was hit. I hit something on the freeway that cracked my front bumper. I went to several body shops to get estimates. I decided to go with M&L. After comparing the estimates, I noticed M&L didn't include a couple of items that other places were saying I needed to get done. I showed M&L the estimates and they said my car didn't need those things done to fix the damage. It was probably extra things that the other places were trying to upsale the cost.
So I went with M&L. They said it would take 3 days to fix. They did it in 2. Which is great because I had rented a car. Also after they removed the bumper they noticed the damage was not as bad and could reuse some of the same hardware. So they returned some of the parts they had ordered which saved me more money. They fixed my car and it looks as good as new. Color match of the paint is perfect.
Overall it was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. A few weeks later I received a "thank you" letter with a gift card. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I will definitely go back. Thanks

I want to thank the entire M and L staff for fixing my daughters car so quickly and efficiently and they were reasonably priced as well. Nate was especially helpful and professional, super kind too. They were able to fix it without having to replace the front bumper. Not only did they repair the damage that the car was brought in for, we also had paint damage from another incident and they buffed out the problem in 20 min and the car looked as if the paint damage had never happened. I got my car back and noticed it was missing bold where they had repaired and the plastic was scraping the ground. The back light they had also repaired got water in it and fogged up because it was not sealed correctly. I went back to ask them to fix it. They said yes. I left my car there for 3 more days. Went to pick it up and all they did was put one of the 5 missing screws back in and nothing else.
I confronted them and they said I'd have to pay for repairs because my insurance wouldn't cover it. Should have been done right in the first place! i shouldn't have to pay out of pocket to fix M&Ls mistake.

My husband was driving home from work one day and something hit his car. Hit it hard enough to knock out a piece of the front bumper I decided to look into an auto collision place for the repair and found M&L Auto Collision. I'm happy I did! Javi was so helpful and nice. We went in on Monday morning, got an estimate of how much it would cost and how long it would take for the repair. He was able to get his car back on Friday morning!
