I have been going to Ron's for 10 years for everything involving my cars maintenance and repair. They were usually busy and weren't always the cheapest, but they'd always done a fantastic job so I was fine with both. Recently I went in for an oil change. The place was packed, so I asked a newer guy at the counter if I'd be able to get in that day. He laughed in my face and said there was no chance.

When I asked about setting an appointment for the following week, he laughed in my face again and said I could try showing up first thing Monday or Tuesday but they wouldn't do an appointment for that as it wasn't worth their time. Maybe your business will mean more to them than mine did.
