My husband took my car in for an oil change only! They broke the oil cap and changed him $65 for a new one. They rotated my tires. we wanted an Oil Change only! They put 2 bad tires on the front and said it needed Aligned. My husband told them we buy our tires at Sam's. He left there so angry and disappointed. We will never go back. We went and bought 3 new tires and the car is fine. Why will they not do what you ask? We are the costumer. We'll never again!

My wife brought our 2002 Mazda protege in for spark plugs. It ran worse after they changed them. They told her that the cool pack was bad. I had already replaced the coil packs a few months prior to this. I believe that they damaged the part. They shouldn't have charged her for replacement of that part. Billy and his team were absolutely amazing and very professional. Our family of 5 generations have used the same mechanic, however they sold recently and recommended Billy and same day auto repair. My experience was five stars from beginning to end. Great job! Keep up the good work.
