Went to Paul's on a referral. These folks did a great job. My car looks great and they were timely in getting it back to me. There are three main auto body shops in town. The other two don't return phone calls. Paul's is responsive and gives a specific date to bring the vehicle in. Further, they provide updates as they work on the vehicle. Hats-off to Mike and Monte!

I'm a single mom who works full time and having a car in the shop can be stressful. They went above and beyond to communicate the process, let me pick my car up for the weekend while they waited on a delayed part and then finished everything in one day the following week. They even washed my car before I picked it up. Please support this business during these hard times for businesses!

The absolute worst experience with these people all they wanna do is keep your vehicle and waste your time. They kept my vehicle well over a month and they weren't even working on it at any point. They had a tech there that never showed up and when he did show up he didn't know what he was doing. It took them over a month to realize that guy didn't know what he was doing before they fired him. TERRIBLE.
Half of the times I called to see the progress on my car they didn't answer the phone. I had to have my car taken to a actually auto shop to get things taken care of. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Hit a deer while visiting Fredericksburg and took my car into Paul's and was greeted with professional and courteous staff. The advisor that did my estimate was knowledgeable and walked me through this whole ordeal step by step. My car was done in a timely manner and looked like the day I bought it, if not better! I highly suggest this shop to anyone!

I hit a post at a gas station, that thing did not move one bit. I was hurt in the heart, not even 4,000 miles on it yet, my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. Had front bumper damage, fog light, trim, etc. Called and made an appointment with Paul's Auto, they gave me an app. same day. Estimate the next day & within a week I was back in my Moon Color Baby. They provide excellent customer service.
Very detailed & called us to notify us of everything that was in process. Mark and Mary Jane + all their associate partners are top notch the absolute best. Use them for all your auto body detailed problems, you won't regret it!

Outstanding customer service. My fiancee hit a deer and messed her car up pretty bad. Mark Pena helped us every step of the way. He got the car towed in and really explained the process well. I would highly suggest to ask for Mark if you find yourself in our situation! Trustworthy, honest, and great communication!

Nightmare! Body work was good, however.$4,068 out of pocket we were put off an extra week kept saying would get the next day then the next day. Finally we were told it would be ready Friday Morning, I called Friday morning told them we wouldn't be there until 1:15 due to work schedule. They said ok. We arrived at 1:15 to pick up the car was not ready!
It had to be assembled! Had to return at 5:00 to pick up the car. Picked up car, the running lights didn't work. Found this out 2 hours later when given a warning ticket. The running lights WERE working when the car was brought in, something they did. Took the car back, following week they had to order the part. They told us they weren't going to charge us LOL (for their mess up) after 2 weeks numerous calls several trips back to the shop they supposing had the correct part scheduled to come In Christmas Eve said it would take just a minute to put it on. Texted The day before appointment said they didn't have the part and sending us somewhere else for repair.
Of course had to make appointment with this repair company, and was repaired, at their cost. For 2 weeks Wasn't able to drive the car after dark which most of work schedule is after dark, or get it inspected for registration. Not worth the headache! They have to much business not enough help or qualify help. To much run around. A lot of wasted time!
