Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Called a Monday to make an appointment for a Tuesday to fix a window chip mary answered the phone, when I get there mary seems to have an attitude, then she say appointment was scheduled for Wednesday because she didn't have enough help. Waste of time.

We had a hexagon-shaped piece of glass shelving that had to be replaced for a large curio cabinet. I took in the partial piece of glass w a pattern drawn to complete the shape. They cut it for me and had it ready by the next day. They were very friendly and professional, and the work was fairly priced, as I had contacted a couple of other vendors for pricing. The piece fit perfectly, and we could not be more satisfied w our experience w Eagle Auto Glass! P.S. - They do more than windshields!

The place is terrible. I had work done for my mother in law but the work was not completed and the cost was way more than what was quoted. When I tried to contact Denise the regional manager to see if I could resolve the issue but some NASTY girl named Miriam would not let me speak to her. This place is NOT honest and would not recommend to anyone
