Gave me the entirely wrong diagnosis on my car, told me it was totaled essentially. On my way out they tried to buy it from me for a couple hundred since it was now "worthless ". I took it to my mechanic for a second opinion and he found out how to fix it in a few hours

Amazing experience with them, my transmission needed to be rebuilt 2 weeks before a big move and they were understanding and got it done in a week. They will always do what's right for the car and you, not just maximize profit. Plus it's covered under a pretty good warranty. Only downside is trying to find parking to leave the vehicle.
